The warm water is not active, and the price is very different when applied and paid directly and there is no drinking water provided in the room and the bath soap and bath water also contain rust.

Mohon maaf sebelumnya saya mau jujur ya ka, untuk staf agak jutek saat kami mau check in, saya pendatang dengan tujuan ingin istirahat di penginapan yang nyaman, namun ini sebaliknya, mohon maaf tempat nya jorok, air kuning, masih bau tanah, AC tidak dingin, TV buram semua channel, lantai kotor, lampu remang-remang mau redup tidak diganti, sprei kotor bernoda noda, bed bau apek dan lembab, tidak ada keset lantai, dan saluran air di toilet naik ke atas jadi genangan di toilet nya, banyak sekali minus nya kk, dan yang buat saya kecewa saya reservasi untuk 2 malam, belum ada 24 jam saya di sana sudah check out malam harinya namun uang saya tidak bisa di refund untuk yang 1 malamnya kemudian padahal saya belum pakai. Alhasil jujur kak kami kecewa sebagai pengunjung yang datang jauh dari luar kota, setidaknya kami bayar dan tolong hargai kami itu saja pesan saya agar ditingkatkan lagi fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan dari karyawannya terima kasih 🙏.

It's scary to know that it's not a suitable place to sleep. Of the dozens of OYO hotels I've ever booked, this is the worst guest house. The AC is not cold, there are lots of ants, the bathroom is not suitable, there is no water in the sink and there is no shower water, the hot water doesn't work because the water pipe is cut, the TV doesn't turn on. The sheets are dirty and used as a mess for company employees, it's really not worth it. Wouldn't stay there even if it was free. The receptionist was rude and asked for forgiveness. Shame on OYO.

The walls were peeled off, the lights were dim, the water from the drilled well was yellow, the reporter leaked so it rained and dripped, and none of the receptionists were friendly.

The air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is very dirty, the ceiling is dirty. I checked in at 2, checked out at 2.40 pm.

The room is spacious, but smells really, musty, damp. Then the sheets don't seem to be replaced. There are some cleaners but they are "sober cleaning". The wallappers in the room are torn everywhere, the sheets and pillows smell of dust. The bucket in the rusty yellow bathroom. I like staying in a warehouse.

Cheap prices, but lack of attention to cleanliness.

The room was not suitable, the service was not good, not friendly, the clerk was not there so we couldn't check in, only at 12 at night the officer came.

The staff is jutek, not according to the order.

Dengan harga yang super murah tentu rasional dengan kondisi penginapan seperti itu, yang perlu diperbaiki airnya warna kuning dan bau tanah, sampai saya harus beli aqua untuk bilas saat mandi dan gosok gigi. Selebihnya untuk ukuran harga segitu standar. AC dingin, kasur lumayan, wifi kencang, dan dekat dengan kantin yang menu makanan murah dan rumahan.

The well water is red, dirty & smelly. AC doesn't work. Smell spray.
