Our go-to villa when we visit Malang. The house is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a small family.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets

1. The Main Door of the Property is difficult to open for ± 15 minutes with the feeling that it can only be opened. 2. Both Water Heater Units in the Bathroom are not working. 3. The Room Lights are Off. 4. Black and White TV. 5. Dusty Plates & Glasses. 6. The upper iron support of the Bunk Bed is Broken. Hopefully the owner and manager can fix it quickly

The check-in process was very confusing, the phone said you don't need to call, but there is no fast response if you don't want to be asked, ask clearly in detail, then take the key from the security of the Villa. If you are lazy pick up the phone and use admin. Complaining about the bed bugs, the reply was at 11:00 and I was about to check out. So sleep on the sofa, you're not tired anymore 😩

It's really good, it's like being at home, the bathroom is clean and the room is too but there are some pillows that are a bit smelly but I don't know why, overall it's really good, cute.

The bathroom light is off. The heater in the back bathroom is not maximal. Leaking bathtub.

The minus is staying here, the drawback is that there are lots of mosquitoes and small animals on the bed, until you sleep with bumps. The wifi is difficult to connect, the wifi has broken in the morning, the tap water comes out very small, slow and the bathtub behind it leaks so you can't make a bath for small children to soak in, then the back light also turns off, the bathroom lights turn off, the hot water also turns off , not alive so cold shower. It's not worth it if the price has a lot of flaws, please fix it again for the owner, look at the condition of the villa so that those who occupy it next are comfortable.

At first it was a bit underestimated because the previous review was not good enough, it turns out I was wrong. The villa is very comfortable, the only minus is the water heater (at first the hot water comes out then the water isn't hot), the villa without a view and the google map that is applied is not appropriate (a difference of almost 3 kg). Apart from that it's really good, thanks. The equipment is also complete, starting from magic com, kettle, stove, dispenser.

First impression nya sih oke, worth it. Tapi ternyata tengah malem badan cekit-cekit setelah ditelusuri kasurnya penuh kutu 😭 kasian anak bayiku jadi banyak bentol-bentol. Please tolong dibasmi dulu kutu/tinggi di kamar belakang ya. Kalo yang kamar depan aman. Terus water heater nya juga kagak berfungsi, mandi air dingin ga tuh terusan. Batu + hujan + mandi air dingin, beku beku lah itu!

Very comfortable, lots of beds are provided as well as mattresses, so it can really be crowded. Highly recommended 👍🏻.

The villa is very comfortable, everything is complete, the same as in the caption ... later if you are in Malang again I want to live there again ... really recommended anyway.

A villa that is suitable for families, the place is comfortable. The manager is also friendly and responds quickly when contacted.

The villa is clean and comfortable to just rest, feels safe because it is right in front of the security post and not too far from the gate, eating utensils are available, the water heater also functions well, the mattresses are plenty for a 2 bedroom villa class, the owner's response is also responsive and good. But the back room is a bit hot maybe because there is no window at all, overall recommended.

The atmosphere is comfortable, there is wifi, the bathroom is nice and clean, very comfortable for us, there are lots of beds, there are lots of buckets to wash clothes. Very good, feel at home in this house.

Villanya lumayan bersih, ga banyak barang, cenderung sepi barang dibanding villa lain, kursi makan kursi plastik ada yang mliyat mliyut, pas datang agak kecewa karena ada sisa nasi yang ga dibuang di magic com sehingga agak bau, sedangkan magic com satunya rusak, setelah menghub pengelola, langsung diganti dengan magic com lain. Air galon air isi ulang semua bukan aqua galon siap minum. Wifi ga bisa digunakan, ga ada internet, air panas di awal cepet panas, setelah itu lama banget nunggu dan itupun anget cenderung dingin. Ada 2 kamar, dengan 3 single bed n 1 double, plus tambahan kasur busa tipis ada 3. Overall lumayanlah.

Anyway, I'm really happy to have a vacation on the rocks, sleeping in the emerald villa, just like at home, later if you go there again, you will definitely sleep in the villa again.
