The experience after 2 nights has pros and cons.
Pros: friendly staff, very attentive management and creates a strong impression. Modern room with air conditioning, heater, large TV, convenient Japanese style bathroom. I didn't use breakfast so I don't know how it is.
Cons: hotel staff are not tactful when communicating. For example, when I borrowed an umbrella, you said if I damaged it, I would have to pay 200k, which I found a bit too industrial.
About the room, you assigned me a different room than the one on the app, but it was not the same as the outside.
The room I stayed in had a bathtub next to the bed and to go to the balcony, I had to go through the bathtub. I didn't use the bathtub but used the shower, so there was no glass separating it, so the water splashed everywhere and wet the entire bathroom.
The room's soundproofing was not good, just people walking back and forth in the hallway moved slightly and could hear it very clearly. In addition, the smell of the sewer is very bad, especially in the morning. The whole room stinks and is unbearable. You guys should double check this smell because it really gives you a headache.
