At the beginning of check-in, it was said that it was a double booking. Then the room given no. 101 had a lot of repairs but they were forced to sell it to still get income (the sink was broken, the AC was problematic, my parents couldn't sleep because of the heat) 101/103 shower had no hot water, the water was small, asked for a bath towel and was told that each room would only get 1 (a bit of a shock) then when given the towel, it was torn, had lots of stains and many more. I hope the management team can improve and pay attention to the comfort of guests when staying there.
