it was a cool place, it felt like we were in Bali. Nice style and surroundings. unfortunately, the pool was dirty, the worst was the noise in the surrounding roads. also, breakfast selection for western food were very limited. no toast and the breakfast menu was not clear for what we got. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very helpful, check-in and out is fast, the pool is clean and refreshing, the ambiance is calm and peaceful, but there are still sounds of life due to 24-hour highway activity, the shower is strong and hot, the wifi/smart TV is fast, the breakfast is delicious

cons: pool is not clean when i stay from Monday to Wednesday. only by thursday when place is a lot more guests the pool is being cleaned. . need to ensure that room is cleaned. under the curtains, bed sheets is changed when being requested. or i dont know if the hotel have its own policy. . overall rating is still good, and some need to be inproved. also already informed the owner during my stay

Comfortable place, but coincidentally there is a gecko in the room so it's a bit disturbing to sleep... and the bathroom has to go down the stairs first.

It was a nice stay in Khanaya! The place is near Borobudur (only 1 km away), the iconic Punthuk Stumbu, and Bukit Rhema (3 km away). A small complex of cottages offered me a serene atmosphere. I really love the ambiance. The sound of traditional music, combined with the river flowing, and the mountains view in the morning and evening. The staff was super friendly and helpful during the stay. I forgot and left my charger, but they helped me by sending the charger ♥️. And the food was awesome, the taste of tasty homecooked food. A pleasant stay!

the hotel is nice. there are only a few rooms, so it feels more private. we chose VIP Bali, the room is spacious and has a bathtub, suitable for those who bring children too. close to Borobudur. the staff is also friendly. for breakfast I think there are too few choices, the taste is quite good. on the first day of staying, breakfast was ready at 7 am. on the second day of staying, breakfast was ready a bit late. but okay.

The hotel is very comfortable because it is clean, spacious and tidy, the service is also very good, arriving at the hotel at 1 in the morning, I immediately got pleasant service and was able to rest well.

The toilet smells really bad, I've sprayed and doused the entire toilet area, but the smell still doesn't go away. The room is quite big, the food is just so-so. Please fix the toilet, that's all.

Stayed 1 night at Vip Bali, the room is very spacious, enough to add 2 extra beds. There is a refrigerator and bathtub. The atmosphere is serene, calm. Breakfast is ready at 06.30, not many choices but it is sufficient and tastes good. To note, the car parking area is not very large, but the hotel staff helped to park the car. Overall, recommended!!!

The location is near Borobudur center, so it's good to reach other destinations that are well-known in the area, but too bad the hotel parking lot is very limited. The swimming pool is nice, but it doesn't suit children since all of the area of the pool are around 1-1.5 meters in depth. Also, the swimming pool needs more attention, since there are a lot of plant particles inside the water. The room was meant to be an open space concept on the first floor but needs to be taken care of since the lock door for the main bedroom is not functioning well, better not leaving any important or your precious belongings behind.

Ci 2 rooms, although disappointed because the water heater was not working, but the hotel management immediately fixed it and we got free breakfast for my children. Hopefully in the future it will be better.

The hotel was great with all the view and ambiance surrounds. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, but in my room, the bathroom area was always wet because of the AC water that's leaking from the ceiling, and also the stairs are very dangerous, especially for the kids who are always up and down. It's because all the woods there are a lot of little bugs and also small cockroaches. In the room, tokek sounds were very loud, so we know it is inside the room. Please maintain the room maintenance.
