This hotel isn't serious. The price is completely out of line with the quality.

Dusty furniture, dust under the table, musty cupboard. TV remote missing, room phone broken. Yellow tissues. Bathroom door wobbles. The hotel is deserted, so it's neglected. Dust everywhere. Especially the curtains.

The hotel is nice, but it's all smoking. Keep up the good work, Grand Mutiara Hotel.

Breakfast is not complete, only one menu. And the room rate is quite expensive.

Check in late at night, transit trip to Sangatta, the atmosphere at night felt a bit scary, not well maintained.

It is very unfortunate that this hotel is not well maintained, the room telephone is not available so that rest is disturbed by the sound of the wake-up service for sahur and the bathroom is quite scary, the glass is blurry and not maintained, the bathroom door is broken & the shower faucet does not function properly. Hopefully in the future there will be development and renovation so that it can be recommended as a favorite place to stay, especially since the view is good, right next to Lembah Permai Park and the hills, overall this hotel is good enough to compete with facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, ballroom which are quite supportive.
