Resepsionis kayak gak terima kalo mesen kamar via app, ngasih info kamar full, padahal via app masih available, kamar di lantai 1 & 2 masih banyak yang kosong tapi di kasih kamar di lantai 3, niatnya ngerjain, gara-gara 1 orang resepsionis kami harus ngasih review yang jelek. 😔.

The place is strategic. It's just a shame that the condition of the room is inadequate. The room leaks when it rains. Maybe it's because of the heavy rain too. In terms of a comfortable mattress, even though the sheets were a bit dirty. In terms of the bathroom, it's good, there's hot water. In terms of air conditioning, it's also cold. Need to improve: service, cleanliness, policy. Even though it's cheap, honestly it's not recommended. Once checked in was greeted by an unfriendly receptionist. Never smile. And stiff (requires training). As soon as I entered the room, it was difficult for me to carry 2 large bags up the stairs to the 3rd floor and the staff did not take the initiative to help. 1. There are still traces of hair (meaning the bed linen from the previous guest was not replaced) 2. The bathroom still smells of urine until I have to spray it myself with water. 3. There is still a little trash in the bathroom. 4. No brush, shampoo and tissue left 2 sheets not refilled. 5. The bed sheet cover is scratchy on the skin. 6. AC is not cold even though the room is not too big. 7. The room wallpaper is partly peeling off making stains on the walls. Even though it's cheap, cleanliness and service are still the main priority. At least the staff should smile. The check-in and check-out process was faced with 2 staff who had the heaviest life load (mood) just once.

Hopefully there will be improvements in the future. I've cleaned the room myself and it's cleaner than the first time I entered.

The rooms are for that price, quite comfortable, the air conditioner is quite cold, hot water works. But the rooms and bathrooms are not clean. And if you want to go to this hotel, you have to bring your own toiletries because they are not provided, only towels are provided. Strategically quite strategic, to the monument near, to Malioboro close. So far it's okay 😍 oh yes, the employees are not friendly, and the receptionist is sometimes there, sometimes not.

Very bad service, those who look after the front cs don't seem to be lazy

Langganan ya kalo ada urusan ke Jogja dan harus pergi sendirian. Nyaman sih. Deket dengan mana-mana.

Sudah 3x saya menginap di hotel ini, semuanya oke dan nyaman kecuali sprei dan sarung bantalnya. Tolong untuk selalu diganti jika tamunya ganti. Saya sudah request tapi tetap saja bau apek, saya sampai bawa parfum untuk sprei jika kembali kesitu.

The air conditioner is also cold, but the minus is that when I got to the room there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke even though there was clearly a warning against smoking in the room. The sheets, pillows and blankets smell musty, obviously not replaced. Too bad, even though the place is comfortable. And again in the bathroom water drops from the ceiling, maybe dirty water from upstairs. One more unfortunate 🤕 Hopefully in the future the service can be better.
