The on night duty staff was making a lot of noise making video call and talking that loud. staff bring there kids at the work place when we try to have a rest they have been making a lot of noise and running around the area, so we couldn’t rest well.

My room was large with a very comfortable bed and a personal ensuite bathroom. The swimming pool was wonderful clean and very refreshing after a long walk in the heat. The free breakfast was beyond excellent for a continental breakfast including boiled eggs and baked beans and ham on top of the usual continental breakfast items. All this for a great price and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

it is a two star hotel, but very nice. The staff are very friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast is lovely, and the Wi-Fi reliable. However, the room is a little quirky with doors that don't lock, smoke alarms that are taped over and power points in the shower. A nice bed and good A/C makes up for it though.

Didn't use the pool

Not as tidy as showned. Poor Furnitures condition Poor Wi-fi Cold water when arrived at night from Nadi and Cold water when retried in the morning... The feeling was fantastic...

This was a good clean small room with good AC, hot water and good basic buffet breakfast Excellent pool. Friendly helpful staff. We were very comfortable in the room. We didn’t like that it was a bit far from town. Only 1.2kms but uphill on way back to room in heat. There were no shops or places to eat around hotel. Another thing was we had to pay $20 refundable deposit on check in but when we checked out didn’t get it back. Probably as much our fault for not remembering to ask for it back. All in all a good budget place to stay for 2 nights.

Yes the walls are dirty. There is no shampoo, conditioner or handwash. The bathroom need to be fixed. Breakfast did not have much variety. Overall its not well maintained needs alot of improvement Sorry to say this truth

The bldg is old, run down, damp, musty. Parking is extremely difficult to get in to. Terrible place to stay. Do not stay there

The place is clean,staff are very friendly and supportive,breakfast good and the Air conditioning works well .

The room is spacious but has a stench or musty odour. Generally it needs more cleaning. It’s a big property but very confusing to move very unusual of reception to be on ground area. It’s cheap but that’s what you get for the price.

Place needs renovation, but overall the staff was great and very cheerful. Noisy at some times but location is very secured.

Very dirt room

The room was extremely outdated and had a terrible smell it was honestly unbearable. The overall condition was very disappointing, and I couldn’t even stay one night. I checked out the same evening. Thankfully, Expedia refunded one night of my stay. There were several issues with the room: the chairs were broken, the tap kept running even after turning it off, the towels weren’t clean, the AC remote wasn’t working, and the corridor lights were very dim. The parking area was also quite small, and the entire place felt more like a rundown motel than a proper hotel. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.

I booked it for my brother and sister-in-law. They loved every minute of their stay there. Seems like a popular destination for Tongans to stay at. Stuff and people are friendly and always very helpful.
