I was here in November 2024 when it was rainy. But this is not something the resort can do anything about. The resort is beautiful and enough to do here for adults. I recommend this for adults only..

Staff can't do enough for you. The sea is crystal clear with a great variety of fish to sea. The food was amazing. Recommend booking the restaurants at reception to ensure you get the chance to visit. I can't remember seeing any rubbish anywhere and rooms were well cleaned every day. Only downside is there was no air con in the restaurants. But that's a tiny point. Great holiday and a great hotel

Our stay more unforgettable. We stayed in a water villa. We couldn't ask for a better place. Everyone is super nice. Food is great. Highly recommend.

The main bufet restaurant does not have air condition and it feels too hot when having a meal

Only negative was that in room mini bar is only in the bungalows. Otherwise, this was a perfect destination. The on property coral reef provided hours of entertainment. Very walkable property in a picturesque setting. I would recommend to anyone 10/10

Excellent service - excellent staff - huge help with bags and service during diner time!!! Very polite and helpful people. Wonderful very well trained staff!!! Help you from arriving to the airport until the end of your journey!!! Will give this hotel and service 5 stars

We loved it very clean and well maintained , all the staff we came across were very polite and couldn’t do enough to help . Would defiantly recommend .

Me and my wife loved to stay at RIU at the Maldives, the island is beautiful and we truly enjoyed our time there. I was a bit disappointed at the beginning as the reception was a bit impersonal not expected at all in a place like that. Completely hated the booking system through the app, and didn’t like the fact that the 2 other restaurants were very difficult to book. I have booked this trip to celebrate my wife 50 special birthday and had extremely high expectations but I felt the reception staff a bit cold and not interested. After my feedback we got some help in the end.

We had a great time at Rui Atoll. The only one minus point is the entertainment.

Really nice place

I really loved the view from the junior overwater suite, the alcoholic beverages in the room were great too, it meant I didn’t have to use the pool which was always quite busy, big area of improvement is the quality of food in the buffet restaurant, most of the time the food is so overdone that it becomes inedible, albeit there is lots of variety but most of the food is lacking taste, additionally the offerings at the restaurants Sofia and Steakhouse are just taken from the buffet which is a little pointless, some of the food is also stale, I would return to this hotel if it wasn’t for the food quality, the staff are super friendly and respond to your every request. Internet is quite slow. Rooms are modern and super clean always.

Everything was great just if it’s possible to consider would be great to improve the options to reach rooms located far away I noticed some people in wheelchair having a hard time. For the rest of people having bones would it be great. We had an amazing experience with one meme we of the cleaning staff his name is UPENDER, we was incredibly kind and professional! Definitely worth to be recognized.

Snorkeling shouldn’t cost money and should be allowed to go where you want to snorkel. Food is also bad. Food was so disappointing. Also stayed in a over water suite and paint had cracks in it inside. Could use some upkeep.
