Clean. Staff excellent. Its a small boutique hotel not like picture you see. Convenient. Walking distance to restaurants. Found some ants in the room along the wall

A hidden gem in Larnaca. A small hotel, but worth the sat every time. Right in the heart of the city, just a couple of steps away from the beach and the historic city center. The staff communicate with the traveler efficiently and explain self check in procedure if they are to arrive after front desk hours. The property is super well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious, with super clean toilets and well functioning air conditioners and other amenities. Worth the stay every time…

For independent stays this hotel is more of a serviced apartment. The lobby is unstaffed from 16:00 which I didn’t know when I booked. There is no lift but the staff are super helpful and the place inside spotless. I had a balcony but the alley it overlooked is a bit scruffy and there is a loud bar but inside with windows shut and ac on it’s bearable. I probably wouldn’t visit again as I prefer staff to be about as I travel alone and here I felt a little vulnerable. That said it’s a good location near the castle

No elevator in the property. Arriving late at night and hauling luggage up steep stairs to a rooftop room was exhausting and worth knowing before you book.

We had a wonderful stay at Hai Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast at a nearby restaurant was good.

Great hotel, great location and excellent staff

The hotel hallways and rooms, were spotless. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we were a bit concerned about after hours check-in using a lock box to get room key, details provided were excellent and access was seamless. It has a great location, and despite just off main avenue, it was very quiet. This is a 3-star property meaning there are no extra amenities like restaurant, gym or pool so wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It's good value for someone looking for quiet, basic services with spotless clean facilities. We are a couple and were looking for a clean, basic spot in great location with good sleep a priority - it fits that bill.

Very good stayed hear several times

The hotel is poorly advertised - the staff were kind but the hotel is nothing like the pictures. It’s a sketchy building in a sketchy small street. Claiming they have “partial seaview” is a joke. There is no elevator and no airport shuttle service, as indicated on the ad

My flight got cancelled and I had to book very last minute and the staff accommodated with the request right away. Room was spotless, and staff was very friendly. They helped us leave our luggage while we wait for our flight.

Noise was ridiculous from the bar next door - didn’t sleep until it stopped at 2am. Nobody on reception from 4pm until 8am the next day if you did need anything. Noise from other guests also unacceptable and extremely loud. Absolutely would not recommend.
