Another exceptional stay at JA Resort, and once again Palm Tree Court exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly first class. We were very kindly offered an upgraded room at check-in, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. A special mention must go to Fernando, the Recreation Manager, and Kasun, both of whom were outstanding throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and added a real personal touch to our experience. One of the things we always enjoy most at JA Resort is bringing our own fishing equipment, as the location is ideal for a relaxing morning or afternoon of fishing. Fernando’s knowledge and advice were especially appreciated he knew the best times to fish, shared some very helpful tips, and helped make each morning even more enjoyable for us. It would be wonderful to see the hotel introduce organised fishing boat trips in the future, especially with the boats already docked nearby, as this would be a fantastic addition to the guest experience. JA Resort continues to be a place our family truly loves returning to. We are already looking forward to being back again in a few weeks for more family time, more unforgettable memories, and of course, more fishing.

Amazing accommodations with the most friendly staff which makes the experience warm and inviting. Highly recommend.

Everything about the hotel was great for my stay. Food was always varied and very tasty. The best bit about the hotel was the staff without a doubt!

The Hotel did not pay my deposit back after several emails and messages to them they just keep delaying and making excuses

The property was amazing.

Key didn’t work in room twice. Breakfast at 7 never really open or ready to 730.

There was only one restaurant for breakfast and it was buffet and the price was not worth it.

Quality of the service and facilities

Everything was perfect, from the stuff, room, Facilities to the great varieties of the food. Rooms and all in the Resort was cristal clean.

Great staycay at this hotel. The rooms are great for families. King bed plus sofa bed. Big bathroom. Buffet breakfast was well managed and good selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will return soon.

This was our second trip to this amazing hotel and we’ve booked again for next year. Amazing staff, amazing food and amazing location.

Very hood resort. Was perfectly for vacations. Hassan was very nice, everyday pick us up with a smile to the beach and back. The beach is perfect, the pools are good. High standard of vacation. We want to come back.

Nice enough for a short stay, for golfers and families and if you don’t mind being stuck out in the middle of nowhere and hence hostage to the facilities on site, albeit they are fairly comprehensive. This makes me sound like Victor Meldrew but IMHO this is not a place of relaxation in school holidays if you like peace and quiet as its common areas are full of screaming young kids - though there is thankfully an adults only pool.

Lovely little getaway for the National Day holidays. Pleasantly surprised about property and amenities, incl access via the neighboring JA hotels. Super friendly welcome by Sulith at front desk. Will be back!

It’s a very nice hotel with big rooms, balconies and an excellent food. Staff are really nice but lack experience.

Check in was easy and quick and room was ready by 2.15 when we arrived. So we got an early check in which was nice. The gym is ok. Worth using. Rooms were nice, comfortable. Service was good. But the queues to breakfast were a shame. Availability of foods was limited kept running out. Availability of booking restaurants at night time was disappointing as we could only get 18.30 yet when we left by 20.15, the restaurants were still not busy , so unsure why we could not book 19.00 or 19.30. Swimming pool was far too busy which made it unenjoyable. We moved up to the pool at JA beach resort but again a lack of beds. We left the property at 10am on check out day. We would usually enjoy the last day. The service made up the for disappointments, the bar staff work so hard. 1 person managing the pool bar, understaffed. I felt bad for the guy as he gave great service.

First class service from start to finish. All staff are very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back if I return to Dubai.
