They need to step up their game for breakfast. I found everything to be cold and awful. I always stay at Grand Prairie Pomeroy and their breakfast is amazing and best I have ever stayed. Now considering same chain, it would have the same. I never ate the breakfast and went to Tim Hortons on the way back to Edmonton

Best place to stay in ft Mac, if you like sun in the afternoon take a balcony facing the highway, if u prefer shade in the afternoon take one facing the alley. Super clean, great staff, great breakfast, pool and sauna also! Recommend and will stay again

No restaurant, but close to many. Clean hotel, newer property; however sound travels far from other rooms unfortunately. The patio was a nice treat!

Nothing but good things to say, underground parking was a huge perk. Breakfast was fantastic every morning and the hotel staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean, AC worked well. I will stay here again

The staff are amazing. The cleaners do such a good job cleaning rooms. Love the underground parking . Hot tub and sauna nice. The complimentary breakfast is really good. I definitely will be staying again.

We stayed her for a night last minute. We didn’t check in till around 1 am. Staff was all ready for us and was quick to get us checked in. The room was clean and if you like to bath, they have huge tubs. Another great feature was the balcony, we didn’t get to use it but it was massive with a table and chairs. One thing we will say though is the beds were very hard, I know that’s preference for some but if you like a nice soft bed keep this in mind. All around great stay.

The room was large and clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel's breakfast was hot and plentiful. There was a good selection of breakfast foods.

Lovely, super clean king room. Front desk staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast, yogurt, muffins, fruit, eggs and bacon. Would definitely stay there again

Amazing hotel best in Fort McMurray

Great location, quiet, beds are very hard and wish the breakfast was on a bit later than 830. Parking was a nightmare with the underground parking being closed.

The parking garage was in construction so I had to park across the street which wasn’t always the most convenient especially with the rainy week. At times, even the front door was broken and not functional. This place presents high-end but everything is falling apart. Even the wall papers are peeling off the wall, and the washroom vent is struggling to function. The absolute worse was the room being covered in dog hair - all over the carpet, furniture and even on the bed sheets. For a person who is severely allergic to pets, I was suffering during my stay and on allergy meds the entire week. When asked the manager said I didn’t indicate I was allergic to pets. I honestly didn’t feel like I’ve ever had to do that when booking a room. And I also don’t think that being labelled “pet friendly” hotel means you get a free pass to give someone a room filled with dog hair. Extremely disappointed.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Security was optimal. Our room was spacious and very clean. And breakfast was delicious!
