The hotel felt very safe, and the area around the hotel was quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a good mix of foods (eggs, toast, fruit), and there was filtered water to refill water bottles. We were also able to store a suitcase there while we went to Cusco for a small fee because we’re staying at the hotel again later.

The room is ok, not good cleanness, had some stain on bed and toilet. The worst thing is I paid for breakfast, when I checked in also tell the staff I will check out at 5:30am, will the breakfast ready at that time, and the staff told me yes. But when I checked out, there’s nothing for me and they don’t even do the refund for me.

Excellent value for money. The facilities are basic, the restaurant serves adequate food. You get what you pay for. If you want luxury and more amenities, this is not the hotel for you, but if you want to save money, it's a good place. One bonus: the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Since I checked in late at night I can’t yet say if the location is good. But, my room (I am travelling solo) has a nice queen size bed, clean bathroom and window (not much of a view). There is no mini fridge (wish there was) but there is a hairdryer. Giant mini split in room, so I suspect the air conditioning and heat are both excellent. This time of year (April) I only need to leave window open.

The hotel location was great. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that the day tour companies picked up at this location. What really made this hotel shine was that the front desk help I received from staff member Ximena over several days regarding points of interest, restaurants and store locations was extremely helpful.

This is a great place to stay if you’re in town for a few days with a limited budget. The facility is modern, clean and located in a safe area. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from everything with cafes, restaurants and shops along the way. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The rooms are small which is why I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay. Great value!

The property is well located and close to Larco Avenue, which is the main avenue in Miraflores with plenty of shopping to do, restaurants, casinos, Larcomar and Kennedy Park!! I am originally from Peru and live now in the U.S., and when I travel to Lima I always stay in Miraflores. I have tried different hotels/apartments and this is very convenient if you are traveling alone or just your spouse. No laundry services, fridge or coffee in the rooms...but that's absolutely fine with me! The room did have a safe though.
