It’s a very nice little hotel to stay for a few nights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are good (milk, cereals, sausages, coffee, fruits and sweets), we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean but aren’t too large (still good to rest). Bonus: absolutely amazing cat lives in this place.

It's a beautiful and cosy place. I've been to many different places, but I want to come back here. Friendly and attentive staff, delicious food. And you know, everything is designed for your comfort.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was such a pleasant experience that we would happily return! Traveling with our daughter, we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming staff. They were incredibly kind to her, even surprising her with small gifts that absolutely made her day. It’s these thoughtful touches that make a stay memorable! The late check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely prepared. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious and generous breakfast with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s tastes. Overall, a great experience—friendly service, comfortable stay, and a lovely atmosphere for families. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 4 nights. The young girls at the villa hotel speak great English & very friendly and helpful. There’s a adorable cat that’d follow me for pets—she’d even roll over, so sweet!!!😍🥰😘(But if you’re not used to pets, not suggest to touch please because of her claws.) They’ve got a lovely garden too—sit in the courtyard, enjoy coffee, and savor the nice evening.

Located on the outskirts of Prague and calls for some minutes stroll to reach the Luka subway station. Small parking places outside the gates, so if you have a normally sized saloon it will intrude somewhat on the road. Larger parking places can be offered inside the gates, but there is also where the non-bookable electric vehicle chargers are located (two in total). 10 CZK/kWh. Could be blocked on arrival, but the staff is helpful to solve it for you until the next day. Small but modern and stylish rooms with great airconditioning. Breakfast is what you expect from a small, privately owner villa hotel. An assortment of bread, dairy products and granola. Greens and also sausage and white beans every day. Scrambled eggs was served on one of our four nights. A bit pricey considered the standard and the location.
