My worst experience in Colombia!!! The staff at this Hotel was very rude. Very strange for Colombia. I have lived in Colombia for three years and have never been treated so poorly. I hope there are changes at this hotel, because the hotel is very nice, but the staff is horrible, except for one great bellman: Nobot. After my first day at this hotel, I was ready to go home. One example of how bad my experience was is that I had to change rooms for the noise from the airport (which is not far from the hotel). They gave me a room facing the airport, and I could not hear myself think. When they changed my room, I left a blazer in the closet. The next day, the manager of the front desk returned my blazer, thrown into a used plastic trash bag. I was happy to get my jacket back and said thank you. From the appearance, I guess the cleaning staff was going to throw the jacket away, and the manager from the front desk had no problem returning my property in a trash bag. That was the beginning of horrible experiences at this hotel. Please think twice before you book a stay at this hotel.

Amazing place to rest and disconnect from everything. It is located in a very safe area close to the airport.

Food was great. I specifically rented a room with an outdoor hot tub. The tub would not fill up and it was so dirty looked like it had never been cleaned.

The hotel staff was amazing, extremely welcoming, happy, helpful and they made our stay unbelievable, they made us feel great

We returned because we loved the property and still do. Love the staff, food is good, property is modern and well kept. Things to improve: new water bottles in room not a great idea unless staff could fill them every day. Also, loud music all day (even 2-3 different at the same time) can get tiring. Hope these can be fixed! Hotel Still worth the time and money.
