Nice rooms not good location

I am not sure about this property. We had ground floor facing street and just none stop scooters and noise. No complimentary water given, construction next to property with workers looking over the pool. For the price we paid to stay here it was simply not worth it . I will give positive note to the bell hop / staff helper did not catch his name but he went above and beyond help and very friendly and courteous .

Pleasant hotel. The five-star rating it recently received is stretching the definition of five stars a bit.

Villa Genesis is a lovely boutique hotel, a well maintained property. Our room was large, stylishly appointed and very clean. The staff are exceptional both helpful and friendly.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was amazing. The breakfast was great. Location was perfect we loved Menton. I just have to say we had nothing but problems with our room and the hotel was fully booked. The staff was very kind and did their very best to accommodate. Room 005 at the time of our stay had no a/c so they put in a rolling window unit kind of a/c. Another room issue was the wifi never truly worked consistently. These were minor annoyances to us. And like I said the hotel staff was great and were able to accommodate us considering. Even still I just felt obligated to put these details in a review. No other room seemed to experience these issues. If I were to suggest anything just ask ahead of time if issues in that room are fixed and if not hopefully another will be available. It is a beautiful and very nice property in a great location.

While the building, grounds and staff were fine - the air conditioning was a daily battle. Had to ask daily to make sure that the main setting (which is controlled by the front desk) is set low enough…. but even when it was set right, the room was hot…. Would not expect that from a high end place and an expensive room.

Wonderful. Rooms are luxurious with lovely linens and bathroom toiletries. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is great with the sea one block away. Really liked this hotel.

Prime location. A grocery store next door. Not far from metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Friendly staffs.

The staff were amazing and kind! Our room was well appointed with a very soft bed and linens too! Walking distance to some awesome local eats and across the street from the beach!

Absolutely, loved our stay! The hotel is very luxurious and the stuff is so kind and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel which was yummy. The pool area is beautiful so is the garden and the grounds. Really a 5 star hotel and service. Will be back for sure.
