Basic for our needs although shower directly into room was a bit strange when travelling with my son and his friend. But value was good.

This hotel is perfect for 1 night when passing by in the neighborhood. Everything is very basic. Infront of the hotel you have a supermarket, gas station and some restaurants and shops.

Cockroach and cigarette smell in the room. Breakfast was the only good surprise.

To whom it may concern, My name is Richie Williams and as a company we regularly use Ibis Budget Hotel at Selestat. We have been coming here for many years now and I just wanted to write to say thank you to all who work there from the Manager to the Receptionist and even the housekeepers. We are always welcome at the Ibis on each visit and the rooms are always to a high standard of cleanliness as is the whole hotel. Your staff are a credit and asset to your company and I do not had a negative word to say against anyone. I just wish more hotel had such a high standard that you deliver here. Everyone is so polite and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The standard of food at the breakfast is very good too and that area is kept very clean. Easy to find just off the motorway with friendly staff

Reception did not know the payment procedure and wanted me to pay the total again, despite showing him that I had already paid. Was sorted out by a manager but caused anxiety for about 15 minutes at the end of a very long day.

Note positive solo per il personale, gentile, disponibile e pronto a risolvere le richieste. Camere anguste, pulizia scarsa, comfort nullo.

Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous avons été écoutés...chambre propre et assez grande pour 1 nuit...il manque un seche cheveux mais sinon rien à redire...personnel à l acceuil et aux petits déjeuners tres agréable...

En travaux extérieur et donc peu accueillant

Accueil impeccable, aimable et serviable. Douche un peu vieillotte mais propre. Chambre bien insonorisée malgré un hôtel complet..Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Je conseille cet établissement.

C'était une belle occasion pour découvrire la ville de Sélestat et visiter les sites alentours, notre séjour s'est plutôt bien passé

Ideaal voor als je ‘s nachts ergens wil stoppen om te slapen. De dag erna kan de roadtrip dan uitgerust beginnen. Je kan heel de nacht inchecken.

Un hôtel Ibis budget avec un personnel accueillant des travaux qui annoncent un agrandissement et des nouveautés
