Wonderful stay clean place

The staff were very good and a positive for the hotel and responded to all requests. However, the hotel was not sound proofed and the noise from outside kept us awake, which was a shame. There was no other room available without paying an upgrade even though the hotel room was supposed to be soundproofed. We requested extra quilts but this could not be provided because housekeeping was off site we were eventually given a sheet not the requested quilt next day which was then removed by room service the next day.

Great location which is easy to get to from the airport on the 106 bus. Spotlessly clean rooms, huge ceilings that make the rooms feel bigger, great shower with quality shower gel and handwash. Aircon that worked well which was good as a lot of hotels don't have working aircon unless it's in the summer months. Good breakfast choices though the hot food wasn't hot, just lukewarm. Received voucher for welcome drink, though didn't use it as ordered before we checked what was on the list of free drinks. Staff that we met were all so helpful, had email from the hotel before our stay to check details with us. If we returned to Wroclaw we'd definitely 100% stay here again.

I always like staying in and around the old town square when i am traveling in Europe, and this hotel is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the dining and sightseeing options within the old town square. The room was spacious, big comfortable bed and room enough for a smaller sitting area. The hotel provided breakfast was wonderful, and provided a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit both children and adults

Brilliant hotel, excellent location, fantastic staff. I've stayed in many hotels in Poland from Krakow, Oświęcim, Zakopane, Rzeszów and so on but this was hands down the cleanest and most comfortable. Wrocław was a real treat, it's not awfully far to Ksiaz Zamek castle and the German tunnel complex at osowka.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, shopping markets and restaurants all around, banks near by, it was a great location for a magical stay. The beds are very firm, I prefer softer beds but it was not a big issue.

Hotel was good but unfortunately where my room was you could hear loud fan's ( air conditioning) from the properties next to hotel late at night so not had a good night sleep which is very disappointing

Room was nice and clean but was missing the safe which I see an important amenity when getting out

Excellent location in the market square, close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The hotel bar never seemed to be open and was unable to use welcome drinks voucher. Saturday night it was supposed to open till midnight, we went at 11pm and it was closed. Coffee and milk in the room was not replaced. The bed creaked every time you moved which kept me awake - Overall not bad but could make some small improvements which would make a big difference.

We had lovely adjoining rooms overlooking the Christmas market. Occasional street noise at night but didn’t really disturb us. Really clean and modern hotel. We’d stay there again and recommend to others.

I loved the staff at this hotel! The breakfast was great, with a good assortment of fresh fruit, excellent breads, hot food (including excellent bacon!), and assorted cold meats and cheeses! Wonderful!

The hotel was excellent, only downside was the bed was not comfortable at all .

This hotel is centrally located near the market, loads of restaurants and attractions nearby. Rooms were spacious and it was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed it. Just to note that the bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays, not an issue for us but may be a consideration.

I really like this place, right on the old town. The bed was very confortable and the room have all you need, The only thing that I was disappointed was the air conditioner, did not cool enough, I was kind of hot. For the rest I was very pleased

Wonderful hotel centrally situated in Kraków. Elegant rooms and excellent staff. Highly recommend.
