The room was perfect, near to the bus stop, sunset beach in Lapad and there is supermarket. The only upside down is the bed is not comfortable because it is soft and that cause me a backpain. Over all our stay is excellent and the host Cvjetana is very nice very helpful througout our stay.

Perfect stay! Very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. Easy to get on a bus to the old city but also has a beach and lots of restaurants nearby! Host was amazing and very helpful.

Dubrovnik Spectrum Rooms exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The accommodations were exceptional. It was quiet and close to the bus system which quickly brought me to wherever I needed to go. The owners checked in with me frequently to see if I needed anything and were very accommodating.

Lovely stay at spectrum rooms. Clean room and wonderful hosts. Access to a good coffee machine (often not the case) was greatly appreciated! Walkable to Dubrovnik old town or short transport options. Local area has plenty of food and drink available with sunset beach bar… at sunset being expensive but great.

The room was nice and cozy. It also has a small common room where you can relax. The staff was very helpful in taking care of laundry and arranging a tax service in very early in the morning for a fixed price. It is also very close to public transportation and a nice beach. If you are coming from the airport or bus/train station, you may want to ask how you can use public transportation to get to the hotel. Yes, I would definitely use the hotel again.

Ivan was a wonderful host. Gave us rides from and back to the airport, spoke excellent English, very gracious and always available. Rooms were very nice, clean, and well furnished. And a great location for our activities. Will go back and use their rooms again.

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed it. However if you want anykind of view forget it since it is a basement with windows up only to the sky. Coffee maker needs service.

Very well presented rooms and common area, good coffee making equipment in the common area. AC was great, everything was ckean and very good standard. The host is very lovely and even offered beach towels as a perk which was really nice. Comfy large bed. Glad we stayed here and bot in the old town.

The king beds are amazing and the ensuite is very new and modern. Beautiful setup for a night or a week. Location is really good also.

This was such a fantastic place to stay. So clean and the staff were so friendly, anything we needed they got us. The staff provided so much information on local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was clean and so modern. It is about 40 mins walk to the old town and a 5/10 min walk to sunset beach. Will definitely be back, cannot fault this property.

Exceeded my expectations! Spotless, had everything one made need. Well maintained facility. Staff went well over her duties to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Secured.

The location was good for getting around and the shower was amazing!

this property was absolutely fantastic!! the location was excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the beach and main area. there are bus stops outside to the old town and the property has a supermarket directly next to it which was also very handy. the room was very spacious and had all the amenities including a mini fridge, toiletries,tea and coffee/ beach and shower towels. it was also very clean. there is a balcony at the top where you can relax. the owners were so nice,they were very helpful in terms of advising on excursions,places to visit and eat. they offered a pick up and drop off service to the airport which was free of charge and were very friendly people. they made the stay very pleasant, i would 100% recommend staying here as it was comfortable and relaxing.

Dubrovnik Spectrum Rooms exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and modern. We felt very safe and comfortable there. The location was great - few min walk to Sunset Beach or 5min Uber/30min walk to the Old Town. The BEST part about Spectrum Rooms is the exceptional service - the hosts are wonderful and go above and beyond to make your stay great. For example, when we got there Ivan did not just tell us how to get around town - he walked with us to show us! Thank you so much Ivan for all of your help and for your warm and cheerful hospitality!

Ivo and Ivan were very helpful and hospitable. This place is quite new, so everything looked and worked great. The coffee/espresso machine is a very nice amenity. The shower was wonderful--good water pressure and temperature. Wifi was good. Less than 10 minutes walk and you have the beach, many restaurants, or bus to the old town. I had a 5 star experience, but only gave 4 stars because you need to be able to text or email to check-in. There is no sign and no front desk, so if you were unable to let them know your exact arrival time, you might have a problem. I wish I stayed longer, and would happily book this place again.

Everything was well kept, clean and the air conditioner was great. Ivan was very helpful and friendly.

Ivan and his family were very friendly and did whatever they could to make my stay enjoyable. Gave advice on places to eat, bus routes and things to do. Room was very clean, air con much needed. Close to bus stops, beach and local cafes. Highly recommend it if staying there

Was so much better than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice! Such a spacious room and super clean! With an amazing shower! Overal brilliant facilities and a fantastic coffee machine! Ivan and his father were so friendly and accomodating and made us feel like we could ask them anything. Great at replying to emails and texts when we needed to contact them. We had a lovely stay!

Nice room in a downstairs part of the building. Comfortable newly renovated room with free coffee in the lobby area. The location is good near the Cruz port area. Bus 4 services this area into the old town. Good value for money
