Spacious, clean and not too far away from the major attractions here in Nusa Penida

A comfortable place on the beach. The hotel atmosphere is very nice.

Management is not good in terms of service.

For the staff, please improve the service, and make sure the rooms are maintained regularly. Booked 3 rooms, 2 of the rooms had AC that was not cold at all, and the staff disappeared after 5 pm who knows where. There was no smile or greeting from them either.

The place is nice, but unfortunately the bathroom door is full glass and the shower is a bit small, and there is no bottled water/glass for drinking in the room.

Hotel staff response is very fast and friendly

The villa is clean and luxurious, the staff is very helpful. The area around the villa has many cafes and minimarkets. If you go to Nusa Penida, you must stay here.

The hotel is OK & clean, there is warm water & the pool is nice and clean, the staff is nice. Overall good recommended.

Trải nghiệm của mình tại nơi này cực kỳ tệ ạ Lúc mình tới thì khách sạn đang bị cúp điện tối đen như mực và rất nóng nhân viên lễ Tân ở đây thì lại không biết chạy đi đâu rồi chỉ còn 1 vài nhân viên nhỏ ở đây và họ còn chả hiểu tiếng anh Nói chung là trải nghiệm rất tệ

The villa is clean, well maintained, spacious rooms, complete facilities, friendly staff. If we go to Nusa Penida we will stay here again.
