Very healthy, delicious Greek yoghurt, honey and fruit! Nice that there was a la crate as well! Really good!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was excellent! Service was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The property itself is so charming and welcoming. We are grateful for a great time!

Everyone at the hotel was invaluable, friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service and suggestions to make our stay a memorable one. I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you want to stay in Santorini, but just outside of the busier spots like Oia and Fira

The staff here were so helpful and kind! They provided help with booking transportation and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. The room was stunning and clean with a great view. The pool was beautiful, and I loved the quiet, relaxing vibe of this place. They provided free breakfast, which was fantastic, and they had a bar & other menu items near the pool to order at your convenience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Santorini, especially couples!

Wir hatten die Honeymoon Suite, sie war sehr schön sauber und wirklich toll. Es war ruhig und der Weg in die Stadt 15-30 min auf völlig in Ordnung. Der Service war top. Einzige Sache, wir haben beim Frühstück Alternativen vermisst ohne Ei.

We stayed a week here and for us it was perfect. We had a villa with a private pool which I would very much recommend but they have a lovely shared pool too. The staff were really professional and everyone went out of their way to be friendly and attentive. They work very hard but we're always smiling and friendly. We loved it there. The food we had was great and really generous. The breakfast was enormous and cooked to order. You do have a bit of a stroll to the nearest village and it's about a 20 minute walk to Oia. That was fine for us and we liked that it was a bit away from other places For us it was perfect and I recommend Danae very highly.

this place was a dream! just make sure you book a taxi there through the hotel to make sure the taxi will bring you to the doors. we went with another taxi company who wouldnt bring us all the way up and it's quite a hike with luggage. cant wait to visit again!

Pool and chairs around it were super comfy. Very quiet location, away from the town centre. Was super relaxing

The property was clean and very comfortable. After a long day of touring, we returned to the property to sit on the patio and look at the ocean. The staff was tremendously accommodating. On our last night, a guest in another room stole one of our patio chairs, preventing all of my guests from sitting outside. The staff was so apologetic; two staff members carried a bench from the pool area to our patio so that we could enjoy our last night looking at the ocean.

Had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to help. The pool was lush and the sunset view was amazing! A 20 minute walk away from Oia, this is perfect is you just want to chill out away from the hustle and bustle and tourists.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, clean with good views but a bit excluded from transportation and not comfortable to walk to bus stops or the beach. The access up to the hotel from the road is a bit tight, the cobble stone road is narrow and many transport services do not want to take you all the way to the entrance so it makes carrying luggage up the hill for more than 700 Mts a very complicated task. The reception team is attentive and try to offer solutions to any questions, yet you need to be stern with your requests. There is a very amiable and very efficient staff person named Arkiontis who has great disposition while serving at the bar or breakfast but not all the staff are as amenable. I would recommend that if you take a shuttle from the port, you insist on being taken up all the way to the hotel entrance. Review and compare prices for transportation services and for tours in Santorini before booking with the hotel's recommendations. Also, there are no other convenient food options nearby so the hotel menu is pricey for the quality it serves.

Wonderful property! Wish I could have stayed more days!

We loved this property! We got the suite with the private pool which was amazing and reasonably priced for all we got. We had an ATV that we picked up right from the airport, strapped our luggage to, and used for the entirety of our trip. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are not renting a car, atv, or moped. It is remote, and cabs are not plentiful. We could take our atv into Oia for dinner in under 10 mins and one night we just ordered room service because the view of the sunset from our private pool was too hard to get away from. The food was ok, but nothing spectacular. The hotel staff was so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included and was made to order, simple but did the job.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for our honeymoon and we fell in love with the property and with the hospitality of the staff. Christian helped us immensely when we first arrived with a dilemma we had and handled what would have been a very stressful situation without his help. All the staff members were professional and friendly. The room we stayed in was gorgeous. The property had a delicious breakfast menu and their lunch menu was also very tasty. The views were lovely overlooking the beach. Overall, my husband and I were glad to have selected a more “quiet” location in Santorini with only being a 20 min drive away from the hotspots. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Danae Suites is an absolute dream. The location is perfect and the staff go over and above to make sure you have the best holiday ever and we did! I can't wait to come back some day.
