Only spent one night after a cruise while waiting for further travel to Kyoto. Only stayed for a rest so cannot comment about the neighbourhood.

Out of three hotels we stayed at, this one was the worst. We will not be back.

This hotel is located within a walking distance from Yokohama station, which I liked. The downside is that not all front desk people are friendly , like you would expect from Japanese people. Some staff didn’t even say anything (greeting) when I returned to hotel from outside. I was staying there for almost 1month. After the first week passed, I noticed there were a lot of garbage left under the bed. I don’t know how long they were there, but obviously it has not been cleaned properly. They responded to my message quickly and the room was “semi” cleaned right away. The very good point I should mention is that the water pressure is pretty good, so you’ll get a good shower every day. This property is definitely suitable for a long term stay customer.

It was only one night stay to my trip final destination. The room is small, however, the bet is clean and comfortable. That’s quite important to me. It was a nice stay as one night. Thanks!

Go for the price only. Dark room, sticky carpet and beat up desks. It is equipped with a microwave is a nice touch though.

love the stay but it’s not that clean for me, i asked the front to change the hot water pot because it’s dirty and he told me he going to wash it but i really wanted a new one. When i opened the curtain it was so dusty! and the towels smells bad.

安さの割にとても綺麗

部屋が綺麗で静かでゆっくり出来た。外出た時に清掃スタッフさんと目が合って笑顔で会釈してくれて嬉しかった。寝るだけだったが快適に過ごせました。

駅近とは言え、料金と内容が不釣り合いなように思います。1600円ほど追加して朝食付きにしたのですが内容がおにぎり2個とちょっとしたおかず数点、お茶のみだったので500〜600円程度の内容が3倍近くかかるのはいかがなものかと思いました。部屋の設備も少し古いように感じました。

受付が丁寧な対応で助かりました。

フロントスタッフの対応が杜撰。 ガムを噛みながらの対応はさすがにホスピタリティがなさすぎる。 わざと評判下げようとしているのかと錯覚するほど酷かった。

お値段も安く快適でした。 周りにカフェやコンビニや飲食店もたくさんあり、便利でした

シンプルで無駄なく過ごせた

チェックイン時早口過ぎる「従業員さんは毎回の事だけどこちらは不慣れなため戸惑う」 チェックイン機での入力事項多い チェックイン機での支払い金額は確認しましょう。気付かないと倍額支払う事になります。

受付スタッフはとても親切で笑顔があって良い人でした。 ただ、期待する方が間違ってるのだと思いますが、部屋が汚かったです。 鏡が水垢だらけで見えないし、曇り止めも過去にかけた痕跡は感じましたが… 空気清浄機は水の補充が必要なので開けたら危険を感じました。なので使いませんでした。 値段がめちゃくちゃ安いわけでもないし、泊まるホテルがない時の最終手段として使いたいです。 外国の方でしたが、スタッフは本当親切丁寧でした。
