Boring hotel smells very bad 3 star hotel worst experience ever been wall paint peeling room smells of cigarettes and not cleaned properly will never come back next time

Checked in, the bed was very dirty. The toilet was clogged, full of waste, the room had no wifi. Overall, a very bad feeling.

Old hotel, Sup room but very small, cramped, peeling walls, moldy bathroom, no hairbrush, not a single bottle of water. Bed sheets and blankets are full of stains, spring mattress makes your back hurt, towels are torn and stained, still a very bad experience at the hotel

Too bad, the hotel doesn't have water for guests, have to pay to buy it, calling the reception is useless, won't come back again

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days but the feeling was not very good. It is said to be a 3-star hotel but the room did not have a bottle of mineral water. If you buy it separately, it costs 10k for a tiny bottle of water, not even a 500ml bottle. I was hungry in the middle of the night and ordered cup noodles, but the staff said it was 20k, so I ordered 3 portions. When it was brought up, it was instant noodles and instant pho, buying outside is cheaper than cup noodles. They also added braised ribs to eat and had leftovers, so they added them for the customer and charged 40k per portion for a bowl of pho and 2 ribs 🤡 (I only ordered noodles and did not order any toppings). It was really ripping off customers. It was delicious, but 40k for instant pho or instant noodles with 2 pieces of meat is too expensive. Not only that, when I handed over the room, the floor was not clean, there was a puddle of water in the room, the wall was moldy, the bathroom door could not be closed because it was broken, the bath towels were torn to shreds, it must have been used for 10 years or something. Some were even cut in half and left for me to use. The actual price of the hotel is not cheap, but this is too bad. Even a small motel in Saigon does not have such tattered bath towels. I will not come back to this hotel again.

The hotel should remove the swimming pool so I could rent it to let my baby swim in the dirty pool that no one cleans, the room is not very clean, the hotel towels are tattered, the staff is also enthusiastic, the furniture in the room is not good. Is there anything that says the room will have a grill every day? There's no refrigerator or water heater

Room 205 1. The toilet has a broken sink (water cannot drain into the sewer) 2. The toilet flush button does not work, I called the staff, they accepted but they could not fix it. 3. When driving, I had to park my car on the street 500m away from the hotel with no one watching. (The hotel is located in an alley) 4. The room smells, the floor is always damp. I advise everyone to consider this.

Phòng rất dơ toàn cát rít kinh khủng, nhà vệ sinh nhớt nhợt đi muốn té chắc cả tuần chưa chà, tiện ích thiếu tùm lum, không có bàn chải đánh răng, không có sữa tắm hay gội gì, nhận phòng sớm 20p thì thu thêm 20k lần đầu mới thấy đó giờ đi rất nhiều khách sạn nhưng chưa bao giờ có trường hợp như vậy khách sạn toàn hỗ trợ nhận phòng còn sớm hơn 1-2 tiếng mà không phụ thu còn chỗ này 20p đã thu 20k. Thật đáng sợ

Đặt phòng view cửa xổ thoáng lại nhét vào phong không cửa phòng kế bên cục nóng máy lạnh hay sao đó rất ồn, ở 2 đêm mà cứ thổi dù dù không ngủ được

Khách sạn nhỏ nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, chỉ có điều gối cao quá, mình nằm ngủ không quen nên bị nhứt mỏi cổ vai gáy

mình thấy phòng đẹp sạch sẽ , nhân viên dễ thương , có điều phòng 202 có 2 chỗ ổ cấm cực kỳ bất tiện ! và rất khó chịu

Khách sạn có đủ các thiết yếu, giá hợp lý, phù hợp với các bạn không có nhu cầu ở sát biển

Nên gỡ phần có hồ bơi xuống vì khách sạn hồ bơi bé tẹo mà cạn khô không có giọt nước nào cả

The description is not correct, there is no water, the swimming pool is not usable, there is no receptionist to clean it or it is clogged, it doesn't look as neat as in the photo.

Guests returned after 12pm thanks to opening the door, but the staff did not seem very happy, the face must be grimaced.
