The staff here are enthusiastic, but the room is a bit old and when you enter it smells a bit damp, not fragrant.

The receptionist is very good. Friendly staff.

The old room is not as new as the picture, not cozy, the room is small. The view is not nice, the price is high compared to the general level, in general, I will not book a second time.

I paid to book a room with a view, when I checked in, it was a different room, the room smelled, the bed was covered in dust as if no one had cleaned it for a long time, I woke up at night and ants were crawling all over the room, crawling on my clothes and biting me so hard I almost died, I called the reception to ask about the room and they assigned it to the website, they had no obligation to resolve it, what's going on, tell me to go and report it to Traveloka, I won't come back again, it's too bad

Phòng ốc cần tu sửa. Nhân viên chưa nhiệt tình,và không thân thiện lắm. Hôm mình check out ở khách sạn để chuyển qua khách sạn khác. Mình có để quên 1 cái túi ở phòng. Nhân viên không chủ động gọi cho khách để thông báo, mà đến tối cùng ngày mình liên hệ lại, thì bên khách sạn mới xác nhận là có để quên. Mình có hỏi lý do sao các bạn không chủ động liên hệ với khách, bạn lễ tân bảo là không có số điện thoại của khách. Hy vọng khách sạn cải thiện những điều này để mang lại cho khách hàng dịch vụ tốt nhất. Cám ơn!

The staff is quick and very enthusiastic. The rooms are clean, right in the center and very good for the price. They clean the rooms every day. Overall, very satisfied.

I had a very comfortable 3-day stay here. The hotel is right in the center, less than 5 minutes to the market, there are many restaurants around, especially in a very quiet area. The hotel also supports early check-in when there is a vacant room of the same type as booked. The room is very clean, airy, not stuffy, the furniture is still very new. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. If I have the opportunity to come back, this will be my choice.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area but very close to the center. Good soundproofing, ok breakfast. My family had a comfortable stay here, the staff is enthusiastic, the room is clean and beautiful.

Rooms are clean, always cleaned daily. Staff very friendly and attentive. The bathroom is very clean, only the water is a little weak (often weak in the evening) in the morning, the water is a bit stronger, probably because it is cold so few people use it. Breakfast is quite simple, not much choice, only 2 areas as I took and 1 cooking area to fry eggs and make dishes of water.

The Hotel Manager is so hospitable when letting us check-in early due to our group traveling with the elder and a 2-year-old child. The surcharge for the room upgrade was at reasonable rate. He also advised us some recommendation on the sightseeing and local delicacies. The staffs are at good level of service as well, especially those at the reception counter and the restaurant. The room is nice and new, beds are comfy but it’s not clean enough for a picky guest like me, because there is still dust and some hair left over on the bed, and also the tray with full of bacteria in the minibar. If you are traveling with any child, bear in mind that the window would be opened easily by them, which I had raised this concern to the Manager and he agreed to fix it to ensure the safety throughout the Hotel.
