I arrived at my destination safely. The car arranged by the hotel was excellent. This was our first time traveling to Vietnam, and we were a little worried at first, but your service impressed us greatly and made us feel very good about this trip. 😊

Location is too narrow and even the 9 to 11 seater van for our day tour cant come inside to pick us up! only allowed 1 key and its very inconvenient, hotel carpet and some features is old n rundown...

Absolutely a great stay at Aurora Premium Hotel. We booked two rooms, and both were cozy and clean, with good water quality too. The location is perfect – right in the Old Quarter, within walking distance to many shops and tourist attractions. Their breakfast was nice, and I loved that they served pho every day – my comfort food while in Vietnam. The staff were extremely friendly, which made us feel welcome. We even decided to book again after our two-day trip to Sapa, staying here for a total of four room nights. Definitely a place we’d return to next time!

That's so perfect. I have a great stay, the staff very kind, room clean, AC central, that breakfast is so good. They have nice pho.

The staff was very friendly and they assisted us in changing the room due to the noisy environment around. However, the rooms are poorly soundproofed and some of them quite small. The breakfast was modest for vegetarian options. The hotel is placed in the old city, which makes the area crowded and noisy. A 10 for the staff and a 7 for the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near delicious restaurants in the old town and the interior is also very beautiful. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and very supportive of customers. My son gives me 10 points and my family will continue to stay here the next time we come to Hanoi.

Hotel in the perfect location in old town Hanoi. Breakfast buffet is good and varied, although we really missed cappuccino/fresh juices and the staff could have been more attentive to refill the buffet. We had a room without window that was not overly comfy, but did the job. The staff was super sweet, especially Mr. Bean and Ms. Irene. Thanks for having us.
