The place was amazing, the staff were very helpful and though I got there late Anna Tavares the owner was very helpful in getting me in. Can’t say enough about the place, excellent.

I got lost because there is apparently more than one location in Portugal with the same address. The main issue is that I showed up after 7:00 and no one would respond to the doorbell and my knocking on the door. This place is in the middle of nowhere and no signage other than non lighted small signage. So I spent three hours looking for the place, no one would let me in and so I expect a full refund. It’s also very dangerous to drive in that area at night as there is no street lights, tiny roads and pitch black. Worst experience of my life and never even stayed there. Had to get another hotel room which was a challenge at 10 PM!

Paula was always ready to go next step to help. The hotel very clean , nice breakfast.we can say only the best

Local muito interessante, pois é uma casa antiga que foi cuidadosamente restaurada e adaptada para um charmoso hotel! Tudo muito bem feito e de bom gosto! A Elza, muito educada e atenciosa, nos recebeu muito bem e nos forneceu todas as informações que precisávamos!

Atencao e simpatia excelentes, parabens ao staff. Alojamento muito confortável e aconchegante. O bolo da tarde deu um toque muito inesperado (pela positiva). Parabens, com certeza vamos retornar !

O local é perfeito, o atendimento dos funcionários excepcional. Indico comprar uma das geléias de fabricação própria. A Elsa foi muito gentil e profissional durante minha estadia, o hotel é perfeito e você se sentirá em casa.
