The location was great; it was close to bus, train and taxi. There was no A.C so we had to leave windows open and because our room overlooked the busy street it was very noisy and the fumes from the cars and people smoking came right into our rooms.

The space was fair, the bathroom needs some maintenance to have a better appearance a least to clean the mold on the titles, the water stays too long inside the area of the shower when the faucet is opened. The line that announces to pay the taxes at the property should be more specific saying that only electronic payment is aceptable.

Reasonable price for 4 nights , the place is situated very close to Time Out market, Cais do Sodre station with direct trains to Cascais or easy access to Sintra . Lots of restaurants along the Rua da Boavista. The place could do with a massive refurbishment. Overall it was a good stay

Property had 30 stone step , I walk with a cane and getting 3 bags up was very difficult. Thank god for good cab driver , no air . Would have been nice to know before we booked

Located in a historic part of Lisbon close to two metro lines and the waterfront. The apartment had everything I needed and housekeeping was great.

I used Expedia to book three nights at Old Town Lx Suites in August 2022. When I made the booking, I selected "Deluxe Double Room" with king-size bed. I selected that room based on the description and the photo, which showed a clean and spacious room with a king-size bed, nice furniture, and two floor-to-ceiling windows that let in a lot of light. When I actually arrived in Lisbon, however, I was put in a completely different room: small, shabby, not a king-size bed, no nice furniture, and no floor-to-ceiling windows. Thinking it was just a mixup, I contacted the proprietor and explained that I'd been put in the wrong room. Instead of fixing the issue, the proprietor offered various nonsensical explanations, including that the photos on the website were mixed up and that the booking was somehow different on their end than it was on my end. (But my booking also included a *description* of the room, which was completely different from the room I was given; and anyway, it's fraudulent to advertise a room using the wrong photos; so none of this made sense). Long story short, I booked a nice room and was put in a different, shabby room, and the guesthouse did nothing to fix the problem. Whether it was an innocent mistake on their end or just a scam, I don't know, but I bore the burden. The room also had issues: the top hinge on the patio door was broken, so the door kind of fell in; one of the toilet flushes did not work well; bed was hard; flies on patio. Caveat emptor.

Property is a scam. Should be removed from Expedia. They took my payment and attempted to contact them multiple times and they never responded. 0 stars complete negative experience and unprofessional business all around. Stay away!!!

We checked in relatively smoothly to the suites even though the signage could have been a little clearer. Our room was very generous with a comfortable bed and everything was quite clean. While the rooms AC wasn't working the staff kindly gave us a fan which worked well. The room was quiet and the location was very convenient for us.

Great location, clean and safe, friendly staff . The only problem was the air conditioning was broken but management sent over a fan which was fine, nice cool nights made really nice, the apartment is a little small but fine for one person. Definitely would stay again

Location in the heart of old town Lisbon and very close to the Time Out Market. Only complaint is it is close to bar area and with no A/C in room had to have windows open and was noisy as a result.

NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER! Like most antique buildings in Lisbon, "Old Town LX Suites" it had it's interior gutted out and transformed into a several very comfortable and spacious rooms.

This place is perfectly situated two minutes away from the Ribeira Market and 5 minutes away from Cais de Sodré station. The place was very clean and quiet. Perfect for a short stay in Lisbon.

Ingen dagsljus, ingen personlig service, endast digital service under kontorstid, snålt med toapapper (fick köpa själv). Bilden på hemsidan stämmer inte alls med vårt rum. Fördelen med hotellrummet var att man inte ville vara på hotellet.

Zum check in keiner vor Ort. Wartezeit. Dann Tax Bezahlung cash, wie in der Buchung/Bestätigung angefordert, nicht möglich. Muss per echtzeit Überweisung erfolgen. Sonst kein check in.Keine info im voraus. Sehr unangenehmer Start daher. Wi-Fi keine Funktion während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. Zimmer schön gross. Allerdings sehr runtergerockt, abgewohnt. Lage perfekt.für einen Kurztrip in die Stadt ok.

First we noticed that there was a pretty bad smell in the room. Also the shower was leaking through the vent what made the whole bathroom soaking wet after showering. They told us someone would come and fix it but no one did. We asked for extra towels to use for the floors, which the cleaning lady brought in to our room at 1 am while we were sleeping. It was a really weird and scary because she stood in our room talking for 5 minutes while we were laying in our bed, just waking up confused and another lady she brought in just sat on the couch. The day after she came for the second time in our room without knocking. We didn’t feel safe at all after that happening.

an zwe von drei Tagen hatte ich keinen Zimmerservice und hätte einfach mal gerne ein neues Handtuch bekommen. Das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Fotos dargestellt mit Tageslicht. Aufgrund der Lage im Innenhof gibt es eigentlich kein Tageslicht. Das Zimmer war zwar reisig, aber irgendwas hat gemuffelt, was es war möchte ich lieber nicht wissen.
