Great hotel clean room. Convenient for my visit to see my daughter in the area.

The room was clean, as were the communal areas. I did not use the bar or restaurant. However, the roof terrace felt a bit tired and neglected. Not like the pictures. There was a lot of construction happening in the area. It was conveniently located for the metro, but you do have to walk up a slight hill.

The room was spacious, clean and well updated but the AC didn’t work properly, it was noisy (like having a blowing machine all night) circulating air, not cooling at all. I reported it twice but clearly they knew there was nothing they could do. They gave me weird excuses such as the system is all tied together and what not. Very disappointing and uncomfortable specially for summer time in a 4 stars hotel. The bar on the rooftop seems like an abandoned project with no signs of use, low maintenance and not even inviting. Let’s not forget the views, nothing but neighborhood rooftops and construction sites in the middle of an iffy neighborhood. Distance: if you want to be in the middle of the action, don’t stay here. The walk to the central area is 25-30 min. Average, most is uphill on the way back. So spend a bit more $$ and stay near the main attractions. Transport is near by yet you don’t want to be waisting vacation time on that. Place is well kept and updated (other than the rooftop and AC) but you can get way better options for the same or similar rate. Not sure how this place has a 90% plus rating, is ok, not 90% whatsoever.

You get what you pay for; the location is a bit dicey, but the property was clean and safe. Not a ton of amenities. Breakfast was decent.

Great choice for visiting Porto. Property is new and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the metro. Easy to get where you need to be.

The room was also clean and all the amenities was preent. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast items were fresh and delicious , staff were courteous .

Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Best breakfast ever with lots of choices to suit all tastes. Rooms really comfortable with beautiful en suite and fantastic shower. Coffee maker and pods and also kettle and tea bags in room. Double glazing cut outside noise out completely. Handy to metro line with direct route to airport. 10-15 walk to restaurants and bars. Enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Beautiful large clean rooms and friendly staff.

Everything was very good, except the toilet. After checked in , i found the toilet had a lot of brownish stuff on the back of the toilet seat and in the bowl, so i had to clean it myself.

great hotel if you want to be near Campanha train station. Porto is small and walkable, and though not in the heart of the action walking is easy to get to places.

Staffs are so friendly, the highlight is the breakfast, excellent quality and variety of the food choices

Not too far off from the port (if you enjoy walking!) the metro is really close by as well. The staff was amazing, the rooms were fantastic, clean and big. I have no complaints, I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who decides to stay in porto

Clean and spacious room, but not 4 star service. Complimentary water is only on the first night, no staff to bring luggage to the room, and additional charge for room service (not included in price for food). Location is great - walking distance to the centre and close to transport links. Staff were professional. Be sure to confirm at check in if its twin beds or double bed, as the hotel automatically assign it based on availability regardless of request at booking. Not quite 4* but nice accommodation nonetheless.
