Had a few cockroaches. And when I mean few I mean a bunch and one night I couldn’t sleep cause a huge one was on the ceiling of the bathroom

handy to Montparnsee and RER-B stations. In a lively area with cafe, bars, fresh food stalls. Noisy until 11pm or so, but sound deadening windows were good

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Great for solo travellers.

The room was unbearably hot and noisy throughout the entire stay, and housekeeping was virtually non-existent — the sheets, which were already worn and stained upon arrival, were never changed once during the whole week. The street is vibrant and beautiful with patios and small shops.

Shower didn’t work well, windows not opening properly. Not well ventilated

While the hotel location is very good. However, property doesn’t have elevator.

Took three days to replace a broken toilet seat. Five days to have hot water in the shower

After reading the reviews on google I’ll admit I was scared.. but for the price it was honestly fine. The hotel is old, but our room was clean, we got clean towels and daily cleaning, and we didn’t see any bedbugs or cockroaches. So honestly not terrible, and the location is good too if you don’t mind being a bit further from the main attractions.

Overall, our stay was comfortable, and most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the check-in attendant was quite grumpy, which was not the best first impression. The room itself was very clean, which we appreciated. However, the walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, and a guest in the next room even banged on the wall when we had the TV on. We also had trouble controlling the room temperature, which made it difficult to stay comfortable. The double room was extremely small and quite tight. Luckily, we are not large people, but it would be a real challenge for anyone needing more space. Overall, a decent stay with good cleanliness and helpful staff, but the noise, room size, and temperature control could definitely be improved.

Beds are great, bathroom needs more cleaning

No security - front desk could not understand, but they had a list of check-in’s and I pointed to my name. No ID was asked making me think anyone could just walk in. Advised of tax, & would not accept card under any circumstances. Made me go to local cash point (what else could I do), and no receipt was given. I find this very odd that they could not accept card or give a receipt. Leaving the building, you have to find the key to the desk, you’re not allowed to take it with you! No TV remote but I only needed the room for shower and bed. Local area looks nice. Plenty of shops and restaurants, cafes. Not too far from metro to take you city centre Very unlikely I’ll stay again, bad reception killed it for me

Great price and everything fine, good people. One minor weakness: there is no elevator.

Nothing good

It is a two star hotel. I am older and climbing 60 stairs was a bit rough. Great shower. Comfortable. Only French language TV. Great food really close by and "reasonable" walking distance to subway.

Ras Ne pas se fier à l'accueil qui semble vétuste et poussiéreux. Les chambres sont d'un meilleur niveau et le personnel est aux petits soins.

L’arrivée, certes tardive, fut pleine de mauvaises surprises, entre un accueil glacial et des informations peu compréhensibles. Le pire fut sans doute la chambre : soi-disant climatisée, elle était en réalité équipée d’un minuscule ventilateur qui semblait cracher ses dernières forces. La douche était exiguë et mal entretenue, le lit présentait des draps douteux, mais le pire… Ce fut la compagnie non désirée de blattes, qui se sont invitées toute la nuit, effectuant des allées et venues dans une sorte de danse terrifiante. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. Fuyez, car le tarif demandé est véritablement irrespectueux au regard de la qualité proposée.
