I liked that the room was spacious and even had a fridge, microwave, conduction stove, and water dispenser. The toilet door was too big, as when I tried to enter the toilet, it would occupy a huge portion and it would squeeze me between the door and the sink. The thing that I liked about the hotel was its proximity to Blok M. I could walk to Blok M, so it was very accessible for me. By car, going to Senayan and SCBD was only about 15 minutes. All in all, the place was amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel is nice, clean, quite spacious, and well-equipped. It provides a refrigerator, dining utensils, and even cooking equipment. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Fast check-in and check-out, clean room, breakfast is also quite good, most importantly it is close to the culinary and shopping center in the Blok M area.

I got an upgraded room because the room that I booked (deluxe) was full, so they upgraded my room into a junior suite. It was quite a good room and service. I really enjoyed my stay here to spend NYE! Keep it up, Nagomi 😍✨

booked a room with breakfast, but when I arrived at the restaurant at 9 am, all the food was gone. This management is unprofessional. Even though I booked 2 rooms, I couldn't have breakfast, and there was no etiquette from the waiter to offer any food.

Came here after returning from Europe.. could soak for days.. Very clean place, very nice.. comfortable bed.. smart tv.. there is a kitchen.. spacious room.. friendly and very helpful staff.. there is a bath tub.. there is also a dining table.. complete amenities.. too bad the hot water only lasts for a short time.. strategic location, clean room, but noisy with the next room that plays music too loud. already complained to the receptionist about the next room, the receptionist responded, immediately turned it off. but the next morning at 6 am, the noisy song from the next room (208) was repeated again, making people unable to sleep. the hotel has no problem, the only problem is with the next room that has no empathy for its surroundings
