We stayed one night in a 4th floor room in the Hepburn annexe. The room was tidy but by no means immaculate, having a few marks of wear and tear here and there. It was also uncomfortably warm, not benefiting from any air conditioning although a desk fan was provided. As it was a top floor room it possibly suffered worse from the suns rays on the buildings flat roof. It has been an exceptionally warm summer in the UK at over 30 degrees C for several days. The breakfast was fine, of similar standard to a good cafeteria with varied choices. Overall our stay was ok, satisfactory, but nothing exceptional.

Rooms very poor for price. Low spec, no aircon, everything slightly broken or rattling. Staff uninterested and sat on their phones trying to avoid guests.

No air conditioning on site in the room, windows barely opened, they did not have enough fans, so were unable to provide any to us, during a heatwave. Room had no mini fridge; no hot water to shower with across multiple rooms as all complained about the same things during time of a wedding event.

26/27th/28th, Our weekend stay was for a wedding which was amazing! I had an issue with the rooms, my fault i double booked and the reason I gave 5 stars for staff/ service was because a lady called Diana sorted everything out for me with patience and kindness ( thankyou), also the waiting staff who served the meal were excellent, the food was quick, hot and cleared the tables very quickly with a smile. My slight dissapointment came the saturday morning of the wedding day for breakfast, because of the cancellation there was some confusion with booking it.. so turned out we hadn't.. but the manners of the member of staff slamming the bill and card payment machine on the table halfway through the breakfast and bringing 'backup' to make sure we paid the bill, even though I assured her that we were staying until Sunday and will sort the bill out then, left a lot to be desired! Extremely rude to deliver that kind of attitude during your meal, and then after the payment was made because we couldn't be bothered to argue, to say 'well, no one knows what they are doing here anyway!! 'clearly'!! Just totally unnecessary... so maybe a little note to self on how you 'discuss a bill' to a paying guest?? . Other than that, was a beautiful wedding in beautiful surroundings with competent staff and fabulous guests! Thankyou for our otherwise pleasant stay!

there were 2 weddings one day and 2 major functions next day so staff in short supply in the hotel. Room unbearably hot so we had to leave bedroom door open when in there. Only one coffee cup - no spoons - lip marked mugs - unwashed glasses. only bath towel on 1st night - 2nd night 2 of every towel -still only 1 coffee cup. Had to leave fan blower on for the whole time we were there. Accept we were on ground floor so windows could only open slightly but a more efficient fan would have helped. Suggest a better system of house keeping regarding clean crockery and cutlery.

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. There is ample seating outside which is great on a summers day,The grounds are kept beautifully. The hotel is an old building, unfortunately no air conditioning in the bedrooms due to the age of the hotel, but fans were provided, as we visited on the hottest day of the year. The hotel is very welcoming, all staff are very friendly, polite and helpful… a special mention to Helena on the reception desk, what a great asset to the team, so chatty, made us feel so welcome on arrival, 5 star service. We were upgraded to a deluxe room as a surprise for our 26th wedding anniversary, the room was wonderful. Our stay included breakfast which was buffet style from continual to full English. My only criticism was the hot food had been waiting around for a while under the hot plates and some of the food was warm not hot. This is a superb hotel and we will definitely be back. Thank you

Another beautiful stay in this stunning heritage building - stayed in the main house and the room was large and spacious comfy bed high pressure shower A great addition is the new buffet kitchen room which I think has been tastefully done modern and eligant and so much easier to help yourself to what you like - staff in restaurant and bar were kind and courteous Added extra a charging station on site - albeit only 2 trickle charge - would like to see at least 8 maybe linked to the hotel so they can gain extra sales through selling electric Issue with gas on second night so no lager ! Terrible if it was your wedding - we were out at Ascot races which is 6 miles away - uber booked and no issues Highly recommend for a treat or visiting Ascot One negative which isn’t avoided - very hot rooms but the hallways were cool and the bar cool too - fan provided but must cost a fortune to have on all night be worth looking at some hallway aircon units which would allow cool air to go under the bedroom doors ? Not feasible to put air on units in such a heritage building Grounds stunning - shame not a hidden spa as I would definitely pay for access Reception staff an absolute joy !

This place is good value and the gym is top class. Nice feel to it and lovely parkland around it. Lovely outside seating area for summer evenings. Nice feel to it.

Beautiful stay for a wedding celebration. This is our second visit and we can't wait to return. The staff were so kind and helpful, even sorting a special ground floor accessible room for me at short notice to make sure I as a heavily pregnant woman didn't have to walk very far! Breakfast is worth it, delicious. Special shout out to all the staff working back to back weddings who still find time to make everyone feel welcome and at ease.

We stayed as part of a wedding party and were in the Hepburn suite. It's a beautiful wedding venue and a lovely place to stay over. Really lovely room, clean and very well presented. A lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Fabulous location. Kind staff. Good management. Would be nice if breakfast could be 8 to 11 at the weekend rather than 7 to 10 and checkout by mid day, but otherwise a lovely break in a beautiful setting

I had a lovely stay at Easthampstead Park Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, kindly fulfilling my advance request for a room with a beautiful view. The hotel is set in peaceful, well-kept grounds, making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Waking up to the refreshing courtyard view was a real highlight. I’d definitely recommend it for a calm and comfortable getaway.

Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were really comfy. However, one downside was the loud music coming from the gym. Even though my room was two floors above, the noise was noticeable and a bit disruptive at times especially when trying to fall asleep. A plus was the free and ample parking available, which made things very convenient. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas for improvement.
