Very clean, cute and well maintained. No breakfast option.

Really good stay. Comfortable beds, very clean and an easy self check in process. Would recommend. Only feedback is that it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

No staff onsight. Operates as an inn with minimal amenities. Great location - close to city centre and also a few grocery stores.

Excellent place, lovely rooms and in an amazing location to Eden court. Will book again if I have another event to attend at Eden court

Very clean facility with excellent breakfast. There are only 3 or 4 parking spots do you have to street parking.

Did not deal with any staff. It was a good property

When arriving at property, door locked. Supposed to use app for info. Neither of us was able to download the app. ended up calling expedia and still waiting for return call when knocked on door and were told that the door would be unlocked at 1600. Great location. parking tight but adequate for us. Room small but adequate and lovely!

The location was good, the rooms were so close and walls so thin I could hear absolutely everything. I heard the neighbor snoring so loud I couldn’t sleep. The room was tiny and parking limited, decent for a one night stay, but don’t expect much sleep if you have a neighbor

Easy parking, within walking distance of things within Inverness, very comfortable and clean room.

Spotless room, comfy bed, fabulous shower. Room was well stocked with tea & coffee and lovely fluffy towels for the bathroom. The decor throughout the whole hotel is incredible - amazing attention to detail and I enjoyed the little quirky style throughout. Can’t wait to book my next stay in 2026!

Wonderful cozy stay

Location of the hotel is excellent with easy parking onsite. Self check-in is convenient. Room is comfortable and clean especially the bath room with powerful rain shower which is what you need after a long day:) Will definitely visit again.

Had an amazing experience, just stayed one night after a long train journey, but the staff were super accommodating when my train was delayed!! The room was small with a fabulous warm shower and comfy bed. Incredible breakfast the next day, wish I had more time here!

Room on ground floor looked directly onto car park. Room above had creaky floors and could hear water being drawn, a bit noisy sometimes. Bedding not very good quality. No housekeeping on short stay (we stayed for 3 nights). When asked lady who served breakfast if we could have fresh towels and replenish milk and biscuits, it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was fine, served by a friendly waitress. Didn’t see any other staff.

Good location, short walk to restaurants and the river. Stayed in room 4, the pillows need to be replaced, almost flat. The breakfast is ample. You order breakfast the night before. It was OK.

I like the staff they were great very friendly and breakfast was served on time and was very good. I would stay again.
