Room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Even a towel warmer. The Staff were very welcoming and willing to help with any questions I had. Lounge and restaurant was great. Good food and drinks.

Very nice staff, nice service, lovely room, you can order a hot food from the menu and they will also have a table of drinks and cold food for you. Never get hungry at morning. You also can get 10% on dinner, free ticket on the Model Village. However, there’s some shortcomings which is. They will shut the heating down around 10.30pm. And the stair is quite small to carry the luggage’s to 3rd floors. Other than that, is just perfect.

Loved this little Inn

A pleasant hotel, with good food, particularly the choice at breakfast. The full English was excellent. The waitress at breakfast was pleasant, friendly and efficient. However, staff on reception when checking in were rather off-hand to the point of surly and not particularly helpful. We noticed the staircarpet on the risers was worn through into holes, but despite these few disappointing items, we had a comfortable stay.

Fab location. Very accommodating staff w/lovely little touches that wont go beyond notice in the decore, dining and cleanliness factor! A+

All good, but referring to Room 9 as a river view is quite the stretch since it is on the ground floor and the windows have privacy filters so actually seeing the river from the room is hardly possible

Gorgeously remodeled room in a terrific location. Take advantage of the quiet morning and evenings by getting out of town for the day. Good food and pub with indoor and outdoor seating.

Really good little hotel right in the heart of the town. Friendly staff, great food and a great beer garden and terrace away from the madness of the town centre.

Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Ideal location in centre of the village. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and quickly sorted out the payment of car parking charge at reception on arrival. Breakfast was really good and the waitresses were so helpful.

Enjoyed a lovely two nights - room was great and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and polite. Free entrance to the model village was a bonus. The Dyson cool air fan in the room was a surprise and proved essential given that it was a heatwave during our stay - it made for comfortable and relaxing nights.
