Breakfast at 9.30 does not help when I had appointment at 9am

Wonderful staff , but the room was next to the main road , so noisy , no heating .

Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep! Room was very dated, smelt like wet dog when we arrived. Uncomfortable matresses and very small ununsable bathroom that felt dirty. Noisy road, music playing through floor from bar past midnight and then other rooms tvs through thin walls till 2am. Staff were friendly enough though.

The reception was good and Breakfast was nice, expected some more clear guidance from Staff and give a brief about premises how to enter and exit and food and breakfast timing ing and room services if any Other than everything fine and happy to recomond Service

Room was clean and warm, food in the bar was very good.

Clean comfortable room, really friendly staff and a great meal. Made my kids feel really welcome.

It's a good place to stay, you can get food downstairs.

Bar area and room clean and comfy for price . Breakfast lovely unfortunately no proper coffee and orange juice wasn’t very nice! But apart from that stay great beer great and Sunday lunch excellent but too much for me these days but tasty 😃

Excellent value for money. Pros - it’s a lovely pub, with reasonably priced food, a free car car and conveniently located. The room is clean, with everything you need and the staff seemed lovely. Negatives - as others have said, the bathroom in the room is small (nothing they can do about this), the hotel is located next to a busy road (again, nothing they can do) and the rooms are above a pub, so expect some noise until around 23:00hrs. Although there are negatives. The hotel offers excellent value for money and we would stay again.

It was a beautiful stay, although the bathroom is really small but was manageable, was able to do the online check-in and everything was smooth, the place was quiet and offers lovely breakfast!

I had booked two rooms for one night for a friend and myself who were walking on the Wales Coast Path. The day before our stay, my friend slipped and damaged his knee and had to go home. We notified the Savoy who had already charged for his room. Despite the best efforts of Expedia through whom the room had been booked, the hotel have decided not to give any sort of refund. I feel that as a gesture of goodwill, they might at least of refunded a portion of the charge.

Great stay again. Bed comfortable and room clean. Good grub!

Poor quality meat (8oz Sirloin steak) - over cooked and burnt on edges Room was basic, but dirty, marks on skirting, walls, black mould throughout the bathroom, broken tiles. Live band on till 11:30pm on a tuesday night

Very hospitable. Room was basic but very comfortable. The shower was very small and me being not small I couldn’t use it. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again. But might request a room with larger shower if available.
