Great environment, view, meals, and service.

Terrible customer service! They were absolutely not helpful at all during my stay and I wish I had stayed somewhere else like the Renaissance Hotel nearby.

Nice and quite location. You need to have a car to reach the location and move between the structure.

Excellent hotel great views etc., although we weren't expecting a 5 minute drive up a steep hill to breakfast and the restaurant from our accommodation.

The staff at reception office were so rude. They were trying to surcharge me more than what i paid through Expedia with some nonsense reasons.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Check in was very easy, the reception staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was spotless and the veiw outstanding! The area around was peaceful and there are many trails / hiking opportunities. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Good value for a stay in the mountains! The staff is very friendly. Even though only 2 out of 3 nights were booked in a Classic room, they upgraded us to a Superior room - which unfortunately is still a bit small. However, the view of the mountains, and fantastic breakfast (beautiful restaurant in separate building up the hill) makes up for it! We wanted to have dinner there, but restaurant was unfortunately closed for dinner over the weekend. On last night, a big bus load of teenage students checked-in that was very noisy until about midnight. But I more so blame it on the teachers/supervisors who should have been better at controlling the kids. Oh well ...

The hotel is beautifully located on a mountain with lots of forest. The staff was friendly, the room well equipped (although a minibar fridge would have been nice), and we liked the breakfast buffet. Actually, everything could have been perfect, if it wasn't for the incredibly noisy room. When people walked on the same floor, or even worse, on the top floor, it sounded like somebody was walking on high heels on a metal catwalk right through our room. With the non-existent soundproofing, it was impossible to relax/sleep. I really hope they get this fixed, because otherwise it's a great place to stay at.

Wifi was sketchy in and out and pillows and bed pretty hard.

The location is very nice but the chalet we got (#1) was quite old and a bit run down. There are no regular electric sockets in the chalet so very difficult to use the laptop etc. kitchen minimal and not very useful. The chalet was however clean, and the staff (way too small in my opinion) did try to help. Apparently not all the chalets are the same - another one we saw (#7) was in a better state. All together okay but not more.

Rummen ej klara i tid. Man måste köra bil till frukosten som ligger i en annan byggnad… för få parkeringsplatser. Rummet känns mer som något man kunde betala 50-70€ för… trångt, mörkt och låg standard. Extremt tight att röra sig i badrummet.

Bellissimo albergo situato all'interno di un parco naturale, a pochi km da Barga. Struttura nuova e pulita. Comodissimo il parcheggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottima accoglienza, personale molto disponibile. Camere pulite e con aria condizionata. Ideale per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. All’interno della struttura c’è un ristorante dove abbiamo cenato benissimo, vi si possono degustare anche ottimi vini. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Bellissimo resort/albergo immerso nel verde con vista stupenda. Silenzioso, moderno, pulito. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Splendida colazione e ottimi prodotti di cortesia. Consigliatissimo!!!
