Staff were very personable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room and bathroom were superior. We were on bicycles and the parking garage was very tidy and close. No concerns about the bike safety. Loved the gate entrance and “villa” feel.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the city. And you can drive right to the hotel, and the very helpful staff takes care of your luggage and of your car.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Palazzo Scamozzi. The staff were all incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The location is perfect for visiting the Palladio museums and sights. We also really appreciated the staff helping us to book our airport transfer for 3am pickup for our early flight out of VCE. Thank you!

Bright and clean decent sized room, bathroom was also a decent size and shower worked well. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

We spent three nights at Palazzo Scamozzi and everything about it was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. And it was easy to walk to attractions, restaurants, and shops. A great place to stay!

Good quiet hotel centrally located in old town Vicenza, breakfast is good with a wide selection The room was clean and it had a good shower, however the bed sheets are stiff and scratchy and pillows hard

The room was comfortable, all facilities brand new. The hotel is located in the historic palazzo , the ceilings are very tall! Good options for breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you are coming to explore Vicenza!
