The property was very nice and clean, and it was located very close to the airport. It provided a shuttle from the airport to its location. More importantly, instead of providing us a ride the next morning back to the airport train station, from where we were planning to take the train into Rome and then a cab to our hotel, the owner had the shuttle driver take us directly to our Rome hotel. The owner and his entire staff were very friendly and accommodating in other ways, as well.

Near the FCO airport, this bed and breakfast got us good personal service. It was a big plus for us to find that the general manager spoke very good English and could help us with our transportation to sightsee in Rome. Very clean and easy walking to lunch and dinner.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting such a good place for the price, excellent hotel I really don’t have any complaints at all.

Terrific welcome by Manager who came to the cab to help with the bags. Terrific hostess the next morning for breakfast at 6,30 AM...very accommodating.

Booked the hotel for 1 night only on arrival to the airport. 5 min drive from the airport. Very big, cozy, well equiped unit. A bit of a problem with the late checkout, but solved quickly. Staff is freindly. Breakfast is great! All in all a good option near Rome airport.

This was a happy surprise! A really beautiful property with great amenities. Wonderful room with TV, beds, safe, free WIFi, USB AC, power jacks, even a espresso machine (free!); clean, modern bathroom with a very large shower, modern fixtures and separate heater. They are in the process of installing a outdoor jacuzzi, although it was not quite finished when we were there. Include a free breakfast in their outdoor patio, shuttle to and from quaint Fiumicino seaside village. Also easy walk to a convenient grocery store. Nothing bad to say. Travel tip: there is more to Fiumicino than just the airport! Stay here when you first arrive, or stay here before you head home through the FCO airport; using their shuttle.

Had a short but nice stay - we only had one night since we were going home early the day after. Nice large rooms and great service! The breakfast was very nice too 🙂

Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Obwohl sie kaum englisch sprechen, konnten wir uns verstehen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen

Nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel pour prendre l'avion tôt le matin. rien a redire l'hôtel est très propre l'accueil est chaleureux. Il y a des restaurants à proximité. Le petit déjeuner nous a été servi par une dame tout a fait serviable et dévouée avec des croissants tout chauds. Il y a également un service de navettes entre l’hôtel et l’aéroport.
