The staff was very helpful and attentive . The parking lot and taxi arrangements were spot on . Trust the process if you have a rental car . The spa was very relaxing and extremely clean . Samir is awesome and everywhere . He is alot stronger than he looks as he managed our large luggage up and down the steps . So are the desk managers . This hotel was an excellent location .

Hotel staff did a great job helping us with the off site parking, though it does cost $15 one way and $20 on Sunday. That seemed a bit steep for a 5 minute taxi ride. Samir was very helpful with our luggage and also with recommendations. Room was very quiet and comfortable.

If you’re looking for the cave experience this place is great, the room was very nice all renovated and very comfortable. A lot of steps but that’s Matera and close to dinning and shopping. The staff is great very accommodating and helpful with helping us navigate the area. Morning Breakfast was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we come back.

This is a one of a kind place. Very special. I’ve tried to surprise my wife on cool places around the world. This was her favorite, we got the big room with the jacuzzi. Very cool.

The room was absolutely spectacular! We travel all over and this was one of our all-time favorite hotel, hotels, luxurious, beautiful refined. The staff was very charming, especially Mario the morning breakfast was lovely. The spa was really luxurious. My husband and I had a wonderful time in it. I almost don't want to review this place because I want it to be our secret little gem, but it's sort of too good to keep quiet. It was really amazing.

We had a really nice stay! We have stayed before and now the room (same room) was even nicer! The breakfast was better the last time.

Adoramos a estada no Cenóbio Hotel. Ficamos na suíte dentro de uma gruta. Uma experiência incrível, como sonhávamos. Suíte impecável, cama confortável e tudo necessário para uma estadia perfeita. Contratamos um transfer pelo hotel e quando chegamos ao ponto de encontro, a equipe já estava ao nosso aguardo para carregar a mala, já que o hotel fica em um local que não transita carros. Excelente! E melhor ainda foi o concierge, Mario, que nos deu duas dicas de restaurantes excelentes e ainda fez a reserva para nós . Tudo excepcional!

We absolutely loved our stay. Very attentive before our arrival, arranging our parking and shuttle to the hotel. Once at the hotel the staff was so kind and friendly and offered recommendations. The room itself was better than expected and the buffet breakfast had a great selection. Best of all, it was quiet at night allowing us to actually get a good nights sleep.

Beautiful property. Rooms with an extraordinary view. Shower is amazing and the bed very comfortable. The private spa is super cool. Delicious breakfast. We had an amazing stay and hope to be back one day. Thanks to Ivana, Samir and Mario for a wonderful experience at Cenobio hotel.
