The good: plenty of dining options, the staff is nice and helpful, the free breakfast is better than most. The bad: Horrible plastic lined pillows, feels like you're sleeping on a bag of patato chips. Incredibly noisy at night, bring your earplugs. You will be approached by some form of scam, prostitute, beggar within a couple of steps past the hotel entrance.

Me hospedé en El Provenza durante mi visita a Colombia y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional. La ubicación es inmejorable: en el corazón de la zona Provenza, rodeado de restaurantes, cafés y vida nocturna, pero al mismo tiempo el hotel ofrece un ambiente tranquilo para descansar. La habitación estaba impecable, moderna y cómoda, con todos los servicios necesarios. El desayuno incluido fue variado y delicioso, con opciones típicas colombianas y alternativas internacionales. Además, la limpieza diaria fue constante y detallada. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda, segura y bien ubicada en Medellín. ¡Sin duda volveré!

The rooms didn't have clean towels every day I had to ask for them They don't clean the room, the air conditioning was not very hot in the hotel facilities They didn't have toilet paper or small towels to dry hands

Around 2:00am to 5:00am is really bad. Theres nothing to qet away from street noise. But if you are going for night life and sleep during day hours is the perfect location.

Buena ubicación. Todo el personal fue muy atento y servicial. Excelentes desayunos. Habitaciones limpias. Detalles a los que deben brindar atención serían la falla con el calentador de agua para la ducha y ubicar espejos (de cuerpo entero) en las habitaciones, los únicos disponibles eran pequeños en el área del lavamanos.

Could not have a better location , it has good hot water , good rooms , good beds. Good AC , WiFi also ok. Guest friendly. Good breakfast.

The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, this hotel has seen better days. It also sits on a very busy street with lots of noise that penetrates the room.
