Friendly hotel staff, good service.

The bathroom was very dirty, it seemed like it had never been cleaned, and the blanket hadn't been changed, still had hair from the previous guest. When I first entered the room, there were cockroaches, and the room smelled musty. Highly not recommended, and I don't know what breakfast will be like tomorrow morning. Luckily, it was just a stopover, as I'll be on my way tomorrow morning. It's not worth the price. Please, the hotel will improve.

If you transit in Linggau, I always stay here. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, parking is inside and spacious, the staff are very helpful, the service is good, there is fried chicken for 10 thousand rupiah around the hotel.

Only breakfast is still uduk which has been prepared in front, coffee & tea brewed by yourself, plain water poured by yourself in a kettle lol. The room smells of axe oil.

Breakfast at 9 o'clock is no longer available. If you want to drink coffee, the place has been removed.

The room when I was staying for 2 nights is not really clean. Bed sheet was not clean as well and bath room kind of smell. In the app, the hotel is available to request late check out but fact hotel do not provide. And Receptionist need to learn how to give a good service.

The hotel smells of cigarettes and is not clean.

The socket is only 1 position near the bathroom door, away from the table. When I charge my cellphone & while working on opening my laptop, I have to slide the table & block the door. The breakfast that is prepared even though there is only 1 menu but the portion is very, very small, such as the portion of angkringan rice.

This accommodation is the same as shown in the photo.

I arrived at Linggau at 11 am and 11:30 am arrived at the hotel ... but the receptionist told me that the check-in could only be done at 14:00 ... so it was too long to wait

only breakfast which in my opinion is lacking. every day there is only one choice and that too. kl for rooms, location, wifi and others everything is mantaabbbbb

Mattresses are not clean, old breakfast, breakfast menu.

The receptionist was not friendly especially the women, ignorant and the sheets were former people (not replaced). Westavel is very dirty and the glass in the bathroom is opaque because it has never been cleaned. The smell of cigarettes did not disappear, we asked for air freshener sprayed, he said, no, unfortunately the hotel was new

There is no elevator, breakfast is lacking, besides it's pretty decent.
