Good location, you can walk around

Very helpful staff. We booked last minute during a cold spell in Buenos Aires and they were responsive had heating and very comfortable rooms.

We had a beatiful stay there.

just perfect! Close to many places, excelent dining near by

Very basic hotel with absolutely no amenities. There was watered down shampoo and conditioner, hand and shower soap plus towels in the bathroom. Period. The kitchenette had no silverware, coffee maker or even a pot to boil water. What is the point of booking a room with a stovetop that can’t be used unless you buy a pot/pan and kitchen utensils? The bottle of wine I was to receive turned out to be two cans of “sweet red” wine, probably because the room had no wine opener. The temperature could not be changed on the thermostat and my key never worked. The room was dark even in the middle of the day. See the view from my window in the attached picture. What a disappointment! The staff was very nice though and I liked the location.

Bathrooms need remodeling.

Perfect area near French Embassy excellent for walking in this nice neighborhood. Very kind young man let us into our room early and offered help which we used when needing some kitchen stuff. Breakfast was great and had all kind of coldcuts, cheese, eggs, fruit.... Thank you for making our stay nice and safe.

Nice property, close to the downtown, shopping and theaters

Bad Manteinance in general. Difficult parking. Unsafe after darkness.

Well located, friendly stagf

Perfect location for walking to all major sites, nice breakfast and very clean.

Great location and front desk. Early checkin. Good breakfast. 1/3 of room had large shaky dining table but kitchen only had 2 plates, bowls, cups. No utensils, pans, coffee machine or kettle. Electrical shock from exposed wire on night lamp. Soaked when turned on tub and water poured from shower head. Front desk sent up handyman for repairs. He stood in shower with shoes and tried to clean up with bathmat. Cleaners refolded dirty, wet bathmat. They replaced it two days later but never wiped black marks off tub. Tub also had mold issues. Finally, found pink shirt and other things left in closet.

This is a lovely hotel on a great neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location for seeing many of the interesting sites in the city.

English speaking friendly staff

This was our first time in Buenos Aires and the Bens Recoletta was a great place to stay. The concierge was very helpful. I know only a little Spanish and we were able to communicate with ease. It was comforting to know there was always someone on duty at the desk.

Everything came out good, location is good, safety, I will come back

All that was expected. Safe centrally located and very friendly staff. The breakfast was all you would need. Room large and clean.
