The property was amazing, the breakfast was great and included, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The only down side was their bathroom doors have a window on the door, so anytime someone went to the bathroom at night the entire room lit up. We were travelling with 2 kids and that was super annoying but other then that everything was amazing.

Great stay My only complaint would be the door being a bit sticky. My room door was left ajar for the duration of the day after housekeeping had finished tidying up in the morning

This is a nice hotel, very clean with courteous staff. But they have absolutely no security at night that we saw and had very little follow up when our car was stolen from their lot right in front of the front door. We parked in the handicap spot, as we are disabled, at the front door. The area is well lit, but regardless our car was stolen during the night, even though we had a lock on the steering wheel. Although the insurance will cover most of our loss, they will not cover the deductible. I’ve asked the hotel to pay that deductible and we are waiting their response. It’s too bad for this is a nice hotel but they have already denied any liability. In our humble opinion, this is gross negligence and cannot be waved away. Dr John F Martin and Irene Martin

Suberb stay

Great location to stay with many location of various store and restaurant. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in heart of Mississauga. The staff is very helpful and accommodating to guests needs.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. Aman, Medha and Pratap we’re so polite and friendly throughout our visit. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and come back.

Pretty friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only thing i did not like is they did not have a power plug near the bed so you can charge gadgets and use it.
