If i could rate above excellent, I would. The food, the room, the location, staff and parking made for an extremely memorable visit. We absolutely loved this hotel and town. They even gave us functional and festive Christmas room keys to take home.

The staff were all wonderful and very helpful, they answered all our questions and went above and beyond our expectations ^^ The breakfast was brilliant, I will say water world got a bit crowded but overall we had a great experience

Our room was absolutely stunning and the waterworld and kids world are great. It does get a bit noisy when the day trip people come but other than that can't fault the hotel. Really central and always warm!

Preis-Leistung stimmte für uns nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend und entsprach keineswegs einem Fünfsterne-Hotel. Poollandschaft war öffentlich und nicht gemütlich. Das Zimmer war schön und es hatte ein paar erfreuliche Annehmlichkeiten.

Great stay at Design Hotel Levi. The beds were comfortable, but a bit small. Hotel is located across the street from town center which is very convenient. Included spa access which was great after a day of skiing. Premium breakfast at Kekale was good. Walking distance to ski lift.

Wonderful breakfast and dinner at Kekale. Also enjoyed lunch at the pizza place. The room was comfortable and very relaxing. Excellent staff at the front desk and restaurants. Wonderful location to the ski base and the city center. Easy walk to all.

Friendly and very helpful staff, keep it up!

A few things that weren’t made clear when we booked: - the on site gym is owned by a separate company and requires an additional payment of EUR10 per visit. The equipment is weights-focused, with only 2 treadmills. - the ‘spa’ is a large family swimming pool area with tepid jacuzzis and lots of screaming children. This wasn’t a relaxing experience and should be avoided. - our premium double suite contained two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable - staff were often dismissive when we asked about things, especially when something not directly run by the hotel - shower was terrible and flooded the adjacent sauna in under 2 minutes - breakfast food was disappointing, even the ‘premium’ options. The stay did the job completely - but you could stay locally for a lot cheaper for a similar experience. Nothing about this hotel felt particularly luxurious.
