Mình và bạn đã ở lại đây 1 đêm và tụi mình rất hài lòng về mọi thứ ở Cozrum. Tụi mình đến check in sớm hơn dự kiến và được cô chủ nhà (hay ai mình cũng không rõ) ở căn đối diện (cũng là Cozrum) mời vào và bảo tụi mình có thể ở đây cho đến giờ nhận phòng. Cô cực kỳ thân thiện và chu đáo luôn~ Cho cô 10 điểm ạ. Hướng dẫn nhận phòng cũng rất dễ hiểu cho những người lần đầu tiên trải nghiệm dịch vụ self-checkin như mình, nhân viên tư vấn cũng rất nhiệt tình và mau mắn nữa. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, đầy đủ từ A-Z không hề thiếu một cái gì luôn á :) Bếp điện, máy hút khói, bồn rửa, lò vi sóng, chén dĩa, tất tần tật đều có luôn, quào mình kiểu bị bất ngờ luôn á. À TV còn có Netflix nữa nha, xem bao phê :) Cách đó vài bước chân là nguyên một dãy bán đồ ăn sáng, cửa hàng tiện lợi, quán cafe, bla bla cũng rất gần luôn ạ. Nói chung mình rất hài lòng ạ. Cám ơn nơi đây đã cho bọn mình một đêm đúng kiểu cozy room luôn ạaaaa, sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp 🥰

Mình ở Cozrum 3 lần, nhưng lần trước ở tk15/20 lần này ở bên tk15/13 lê cảnh chân,mình có những cảm nhận như sau: nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện, hỗ trợ tốt khi mình cần thêm nước, giấy vệ sinh và hỗ trợ mình trả phòng trễ nửa tiếng. Nhưng riêng phòng gối và chăn mền thì rách, phòng tắm bồn vệ sinh mình cảm thấy không sạch, cảm giác chưa được vệ sinh kĩ, vách kính phòng tắm không được vệ sinh thường xuyên, bình xà phòng rửa tay thì không còn xà phòng. Dép thì không được chà, rất đen, không set up trà, cà phê sẵn trong phòng mình rất thích ở chuỗi Cozrum, nhưng hy vọng những góp ý của mình sẽ khiến dịch vụ ở k15/13 tốt hơn. Cảm ơn ạ.

Trong một tháng ở tại Sài Gòn mình đã ở 6 chiếc cozrum 😂 cảm nhận là cơ sở vật chất ok. Xinh xắn sáng sủa, có vấn đề gì cũng được hỗ trợ nhanh. Nếu lúc nào vào Sài Gòn chơi chắc vẫn lựa chọn Cozrum. À mà chi nhánh Nguyễn Cảnh Chân là một trong 2 chi nhánh mình thích nhất trong số các căn cozrum mình đã trải nghiệm.
