Paid extra for early check in had all the emails to say I’d paid and was told they had no record of us paying and that we were too early and couldn’t be checked in yet.Was told to wait and we be called when it was ready waited 45 minutes never got a call to be told it was ready 10 minutes after we left

Great Caravan however located poorly on the side of a hill so poor access and no parking beside accommodation. Unfortunately very windly two days of stay. Facilities poor due to on going maintenance. Onsite Caravan Storm damage not addressed during visit. Very hilly site at the front entrance where the accommodation was not good for disabled people. However parking available by front entrance across from the Caravan. This ment carrying luggage across the road and up a hill to Caravan. Staff helpful and friendly. Pet friendly site.

The entire resort wasn't bad, with a shop and pool open daily. There's no Wi-Fi for guests in the caravan, only around the reception or laundry area, so there's no way to watch Amazon or Netflix, check the weather or what's nearby unless you book a deluxe caravan. There was no signal either, which was a nuisance. Please be careful when booking if you have pet allergies. We got the caravan after staying with pets. Our bedding was full of female hair and fur, which was disgusting. The lady at the front desk said we booked a pet-friendly caravan and should have booked a pet-free caravan, which we didn't know, but the bedding should have been clean and fur-free anyway. We don't plan on returning, but we might check out other resorts.

A very pleasant mid week break. Comfortable and clean with plenty of space to relax.

Our caravan had everything we needed for our self-catering stay: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen with cooker, microwave & fridge/freezer, plus TV & wifi. It would have been helpful to have an instruction guide for the TV, cooker & microwave but everything was fully functional. Great to also have a pool, sauna & steam room at the holiday park, just wish the pool water temperature had been warmer.

The caravan was absolutely spotless upon arrival, with bed pre made and a welcome box for the pooch.

Our booking was very affordable and easy to organise. Upon arrival, check in was very simple and everyone was very friendly. Loved the dog welcome box! Everything was very clean when we arrived. Just a note to help others, bring own towels and remember your hand soap.

Very enjoyable stay. Perfect for our needs and dogs welcomed unlike many other places. Smell of urine in bedroom but can't fault anything else. Comfortable. Appreciate large fridge and freezer. Wifi not great but that can be a bonus. Second stay and will come again.

No phone signal,caravan smells of damp dog,can’t park outside the caravan goto walk up a small path to get there.

Overall it was good. I was disappointed there were no towels which I had expected. It would have been helpful to have clearer details about arrival especially for arrivals after 5pm as the website suggested there would be a problem if we didn't communicate a later arrival time in advance. I arrived later than expected and was really worried I wouldn't be able to get in- once I discovered where to collect the key from it was fine. Could have saved some stress if this was clearer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

we were upgraded and didnt ask for this, so we were pleasantly suprised at the level of comfort and just like a house with all mod cons,spotlessly clean and everything seemed new so would highly recommend and the beaches nearby were all beautiful, our dogs had a great time.we will be back and so glad we discovered this beautiful part of cornwall.nothing bad to say about the place. d

We were a long away from the reception area swimming baths and the shop we had a disabled grandson so it made it a bit more difficult to get to and from

Very good. Stayed in a superior caravan Mon-Friday. Caravan was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The site is very hilly so be mindful if you aren’t able to walk well. The facilities were ok but some were closed or operating only for a few hours due to the time of year however there were quite a few people around. The location was lovely and quiet but you do need a car to get into Newquay and surrounding areas, the walk to Porth beach was a bit much for us due to the hills. Overall a good break.

The amenities either broken or unsafe to use. The reason the receptionist give us is: they had an big event just the day before we arrived. Very disappointed!

Lovely site, good pools and little club with arcade and pool tables for kids. 5 min drive to gorgeous beaches. Hit a bit by pandemic. Didnt seem to be enough staff and club often only open at 3pm. Cafe by pool was open earlier but poorly stocked so can be difficult to eat on site during day. Wifi reception ok in club but none anywhere else. Good shop on site and affordable beach/surf wear. Dog friendly.
