The location is very strategic, across from Tan Hiok Nee Heritage Street, across from Karat Night Market too. The design is industrial with a touch of greenery 👍. The rooms are spacious, the view is cool.

Always convenient and pleasure to stay at z hotel

We were first welcomed by a staff who directed us to the car lift and assisted us to the carpark. Next, we were checked in by friendly and polite staff and were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade which we were really grateful for. The room was minimalist no frills styled, gives me a hostel type of vibe. First time coming across a ceiling fan which helps ventilate the room. The bedroom slippers provided were good quality. Water pressure is good. City Square is a mere 5-8mins walk away. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel bedroom was spacious. And the car parking very safe.

Hotel is good, location not to far from jb checkpoint, it can be reached by walking. Close to Chinness Heritage Walking area. Ammenities complete. Pasar Karat can also be reached by walked.

Stayed six times in z hotel and overall it ' s a good location for all activities in Johor Bahru. Clean and quiet.

The first night we took a twin room and it turned out that the bed was large, the room was minimalist but clean, the hotel was strategic in the center of the crowd, the next night we took the triple room so it was wider, the mattress and pillow covers were perfect, the amenities were complete, the location was the best.

Nice location, near to the mall and easy to find food. Clean room, nice view.

Really grateful to know this hotel. It was superb. A very nice hotel & quite decent for the price that we pay. Price affordable yet the service & room was huge and awesome. Will recommend others to come here and will not be my last stay here! Thank you:).
