Great hotel in Madrid

Loved this boutique hotel! The service was amazing-friendly, super helpful front desk. The room was decorated so cool. And you can’t beat the location. Would def stay here again.

We loved it and we will definitely return when we pass through Madrid.

Small boutique hotel, work nice sized comfortable rooms, conveniently located to gran via, metro stops and walkable to tourist attractions. Great breakfast buffet as well. Second time staying there, and would definitely return.

If you can spend a bit more there are many options close by

Very central to everything. I was worried about noise, but the soundproofing was outstanding.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación pero lastimosamente el hotel y la decoración son viejas, es muy oscuro y las paredes parecen de los años 40, no se siente un hotel moderno y fresco, la recepción es bien pequeñita, aunque el servicio es bueno, no me sentí cómoda en ese hotel, también tiene un olor peculiar que no me gustaba, por lo que vi hay otros hoteles más modernos por un precio igual o menos e esa misma zona. Pero para los que no les importa si el lugar donde se van a quedar es moderno, lo recomiendo, además de que es muy buen servicio, la televisión es súper grande, el baño es amplio y muy limpio y moderno, solo las cortinas, la pintura de las paredes y las cabeceras de las camas es que son oscuras y viejas.

Perfect location, breakfast was great, It would have been an excellent experience overall if the room wasn’t as hot. The a/c is only programmed for heat, that was the most uncomfortable part of the whole experience as the room was constantly hot.

Lovely room very quiet, central location, staff were very helpful. Room was a little small and the door to the toilet is a glass door that doesn't close fully so be very comfortable with who you travel with you'll hear it all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well decorated, very stylish. The breakfast each morning was consistent, easy and convenient. I would stay again. Loved the location.

Excellent location, central, with 2 metro stations 3 minutes from the hotel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, especially Maria. Excellent service. The American-style buffet breakfast was very good. I recommend the hotel to anyone who goes to Madrid.

Staff of the hotel were awesome. However we visited in early November and AC/fan was shut off and there was only heat available in the room. There were very warm days where our only source of air was the window which hardly blew any air in. Overall the hotel was great but just incredibly hot in the room.

It was too hot in the bedroom but because it was November all the air-conditioning had been centrally turned off. The only option was to open the window which was very noisy. Very small bedroom with hardly any floor space and no ice machine on the floor despite there being an ice bucket in the room

Room was very small but included everything we needed. Only issue was the lack of air conditioning since they had switched to "heat" even though temperature was hot outside and rainy.Breakfast was amazing and it included many items of high quality. Staff was excellent too.

The staff was amazing; Maria, Gabriel and the young women who staffed the breakfast service. The location is excellent, near Gran Via & Metro. Loved De Maria restaurant down the street!
