Great location to city center.

The sewer backed up in our room and we had to change rooms. No one offered to help us with our luggage, Overall the Hotel was OK but I would never recommend it or stay there again. Dissappointing.

The hotel is located in a quiet, clean street that has no traffic. Close to amazing restaurants and sights.

OK I am a budget traveler and used to budget level stuff so my spouse and I were pleasantly surprised that the staff was so friendly, the room so quiet and bed was so comfy, everything was so close-by and it felt safe... great deal!

This is a prime location. Pretty quiet for being in the heart of the city. But we were also there on a Sunday and Monday. Close to the main attractions, restuarants, and shopping. 25 minute walk to Santa Justa for a day trip via train. Very secure with lobby locked doors during after hours and outdoor walkways are lit at night. Friendly staff!

Very good property, excellent location. Comfortable bed, great ac, shower needed an improvement, drained on the floor (minor inconvenience). Amazing staff, housekeeping.

Hoel was in great location to walk Old Town. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Clean comfy rooms. Rooftop patio was very nice. The breakfast snack bar and lounge area was greatly appreciate nice for quick breakfast before heading out!

Good location. Room had weird smell that wouldn’t go away.

The room is unsanitary because the bathroom is just there and there’s no door to the bathroom or ventilation. There is just a room with bed, night stands, table and bathroom. So, when you poops the whole room is smelly and there is no ventilation. The price of the room is expensive and the service is bad. When I asked the front desk to change the water bottle because they run out of water, he is not happy at all and his face looks really mad. The location is okay and the hotel provides free sodas, juices and water. For the price that I paid, I would expect a clean room that have a bathroom door that separates from the bed. I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I won’t stay in this hotel again. There’s so many other places to stay.

Basic but clean and the location is perfect

1* and Basic do not do this little gem justice. Perfectly situated round the corner from the cathedral down a quiet, narrow pedestrianised street, it is ideal for a short stay, (4 days for us). Our room (12 on the ground floor), was big enough with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom. The shower was a big, walk in one and the toiletries and towels were fine. The little extras - the ‘help yourself’ cereals, fruit, pastries and soft drinks and the relaxing roof terrace, were much appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, too. I strongly recommend this hotel for a city break.
