The staff was helpful. We did move rooms since the standard room was so tiny and stuffy. (It's my fault since I didn't check the room area information). We moved from standard to premier/deluxe double and it was absolutely perfect! Only walking distance to Sunway, probably 5 min walk only, with many food options around in the area.

Cheap and the hospitality was okay.

The hotel is very close to Sunway Pyramid Mall. It is easy to find food and the night is still busy around the hotel area. The hotel is clean and has complete facilities, only there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste. Next time I will stay at this hotel again.
