Feel very mixed about this review. The staff were superb and so helpful with booking taxis, helping with lost luggage etc. The location was fantastic. However we do not really feel we got the experience we booked. The apartments listed were all very high spec, and whilst ours was nice and mostly newly equipt, we were not with the other apartments meaning we had no fancy extras such as the amazing speakers, showers, courtyard, breakfast croissant availability etc. We would book this apartment again, but feel we were missold to a certain extent.

Property was first class and the service was outstanding

The courtyard is beautiful, as is the apartment. The finishes in the apartment are outstanding. The bed is too firm. Overall, just phenomenal.

The property was a short walk from the boat taxi drop off and the room exceeded expectations and very secure. Valentina at the front desk really made our stay great. She was the ultimate host and we would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay in Venice! Room was spacious, clean, well appointed. Paola was so friendly and helpful, walked with our luggage to and from a water taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely property! The owners were phenomenal, highly communicative, catered to our needs/requests, ensured our comfort, and went above and beyond our expectations. The area had numerous shops and restaurants, while still remaining quiet and private. We asked for local restaurant recommendations and every single recommendation resulted in a fantastic, authentic dining experience. Any request was met with an immediate response. Customer service was superb. This property is truly VIP.

Property was beautiful, spacious and upgraded. Easily walkable from water taxi port and central to restaurants, shopping and gondola access. Minutes to Doge's palace, st Mark's and multiple gelato shops.

FANTASTIC property! Hands down the most luxurious place to stay in Venice. Clean, modern, spacious, electric shower, kitchen, laundry, closet space, kitchen utensils, coffee, dishwasher, fridge, amazing overall!! Paula & Valentina are wonderful! Thank you for an incredible stay!

This apartment was huge and perfect for our family of four!!! It was in such a great location and we absolutely loved it!

I would rate this property five stars. It's a beautiful apartment, very spacious and first class all the way! This was the best place we have stayed in our travels so far, including london, paris, amsterdam, Switzerland. The host, Paolo was wonderful! Just a great stay!

Residenza Ducato is located in the heart of Venice, but located in a very quiet area. We were thankful that we didn't have to tow our luggage too far from the water taxi drop off location. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. They provide you with a welcome packet at check-in that lists some great places to eat, drink, and relax. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property is center of all attractions and walking distance to St Mark and Rialto bridge. It is center but the place is quiet. The AC just need to upgrade and need services. Eventhough it is working but i felt it is not cold enough. The place is clean and modern. The only thing i dislike is the key to entrance to the property. It is a little challenge to open the doors. Otherwise it is nice place.

The people were so helpful and the room was large and had everything we needed, incredible location with easy transport from the train station to the Rialto stop, then a short walk to the hotel without any stairs. If we go to Venice again, will definitely rebook

Beautifully maintained, comfortable and convenient location! Paola and Valentina were both super helpful and available for any help! Highly recommend.

The property is very nice and clean and the staff was lovely. Unfortunately, the room was right next to a restaurant so there was noise late at night and in the early mornings when they were prepping before they would open. Also, at the bottom of the stairs to the place the hotel has rooms where they store the linens so you constantly hear the door slamming all hours of the day. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work very well so it was hot at night.

Great location. Everything seems to be 15 mins walk away! Lovely design in the apartment. Well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook, but why would you when you can try one of the great recommendations from the owners.

The service was excellent! Very helpful and responsive. What we don’t like about this property was the extra bed, it’s way too small.

The property is well cared for and extremely comfortable. Valentina was awesome. She helped us get in a bit early as we had an overnight flight in and were beat. She helped us find places we were interested in and helped us navigate as we had a wheelchair with us so trips with less bridges to navigate was easier. I can't recommend this place and Valentina
